After driving for 10 hours today, I stopped at The Grind Coffee Shop and was lucky enough to be helped by Misty — hands down one of the best baristas I’ve ever met. She didn’t just take my order; she guided me through the best way to order my chicken salad sandwich (which was spot-on) and made my coffee perfectly. You could tell she genuinely cared about getting it right.

It’s rare these days to find someone who makes you feel welcomed, seen, and looked after — especially after a long day on the road.
