If I could give 7 stars I would. My boyfriend and I were having serious transmission problems, when we stopped into O'reilly's they checked the codes and helped us with some fluid conditioner. As we got back onto the interstate we almost immidiately had to pull over, with our phones almost dead, 3 hours away from home, AAA not helping, I called that O'reilys. One of the men drove all the way to get us, let us sit in the backroom and even brought us drinks and candy bars. They always seem to need to order the parts or sometimes the tools I need and the cost to rent tools has gotten ridiculous. It's $107, to rent a tie rod removal tool. Harbor freight sells the same kit (different brand) on sale right now for $24. The tools they sell are just as cheap quality as harbor freight, yet oreillys charges 5 times as much.
