It's been 8 years ago that I was told about AJ Radio. I remember that day in February well, because it was the same day I chose the color of the new Harley Davidson my beautiful wife told me that I needed! I digress. I had installed a new c-b radio & trucker's antenna in my Ford Super Duty, but I couldn't manage to tune the radios SWR. Even using my Radio Shack SWR meter. AJ asked, "How long is your coaxial cable?" "Reaches from the antenna to the radio, about 4 feet" I replied. "Nope, has to be 18 feet"! Twenty minutes later he had routed/installed a new coaxial cable, trimmed the mast on the antenna and tuned the SWR to 1/1... perfect! He charged me $15.00 for the coaxial cable, no labor charge. Found out he is related to people we know locally. His small shop carries every conceivable signal booster y'all can think of. Also, equipment that gold panner or hobbyist would need. Aj & Margo were super nice & hospitable when there for a few hours getting cb/antenna work done.. didn't have a super duper big boy radio on the shelf but said they'd give me a loaner till it came in if I wanted to wait a week & order 1.. instead I opted out of that option & went with a cobra 29 lx bt lcd.. so far this CB with bluetooth option has been working perfectly & people prefer it over my LG headset while talking on phone in the semi.. niiiice people & imo he's the CB master magician to see in the river valleys of...
