Hi Don't know what has changed but my last perches of your sausage 9/2024 the sausage has split everytime I've cooked them. What's changed and why would you change anything? Gerard Andreas
Hello First I'd like to say that this is the best sausage made. I cook the sausage as I have always done and as my mother did before me. I put sausage in a frying pan with about 1/8th inch of water on medium heat cover until the water has boiled away and then brown the sausage. This is the first time this has happened when cooking this way in my life time. I'm 65 and my mother did it this way back when your folks owned it in Union Gap. Maybe it was the casings ? but like I said this has never happened before and I've always cooked it this way. It split during the boiling process. Thanks for answering my...
