I recently had the pleasure of enjoying lunch at The Hand Roll Factory with a friend after a quick search for “hand rolls” on Google Maps led us to this delightful spot, conveniently located just five minutes from my friend’s office. Nestled within a Japanese supermarket in Yorba Linda, The Hand Roll Factory is truly a hidden gem that deserves to be celebrated. As soon as we stepped inside, we were greeted by Melody & a warm and inviting atmosphere that perfectly complements the culinary experience that awaits. The menu features an impressive array of hand rolls, each crafted with meticulous attention to detail. From the crisp, flavorful nori to the perfectly seasoned rice, every element is thoughtfully prepared to ensure a delightful taste experience. The seafood is of the highest quality, showcasing the freshness and authenticity that one would expect from a top-tier establishment. We decided to indulge in the four-roll set, complemented by the exquisite negitoro roll. Each bite was a revelation, bursting with flavor and showcasing the skill of the chefs. The balance of ingredients was impeccable, making it clear that every roll is made with passion and expertise. If you find yourself in the neighborhood, I wholeheartedly recommend making a stop at The Hand Roll Factory. It’s an experience that should not be missed. I’m already looking forward to my next visit, especially for their happy hour offerings, which I hear are...
Read moreI recently moved to Yorba Linda and went to amazing store TOKYO CENTRAL. I am a sushi 🍣 and sashimi lover and this store has the most outstanding sushi section, with chef preparing tons of containers to go. I read about Hand Roll Factory inside store and literally went 4 days in a row, hand rolls are so fresh and good. Bar is small and cute but very welcoming staff. Menu is just hand rolls and drinks only. You can order saki and Asian beers and green tea and sodas. Menu has 4 options or you can order individual rolls. Each roll is approximately $5.00, they are on small side, snack size but delicious. One day went with my daughter hungry and we spend over $73.00. There are no sides on menu such as rice or miso soup, just hand rolls and drinks. Hand Roll Factory is a unique and...
Read moreI have been looking for a regular sushi place for a year or so because otoro just too expensive so I came here and All the rolls just taste the same I sincerely cannot tell the difference it is very strange because even with the prepackaged sushi each fish tastes different. I ordered the yellowtail and the 3 roll combo and the bluefin negitoro and there is just too much rice in each one. I do like that they use brown rice instead of white and the rice is tasty but they need to use less. Many sushi places use too much rice it becomes more like a rice ball or japanese onigiri. It is also a pity they do not have miso soup or tempura. We paid $60 and I just do not think it...
