Used to be good but it's gone way downhill!
I grew up in Yorba Linda so I have been coming here for years (I was going when it was called Fitness Pizza). We decided to make the drive from South OC to Yorba Linda and were extremely disappointed with our dining experience that night. I made a reservation online, and when we got there they couldn't find our reservation...they blamed it on their "funky system".
We were able to get a table but weren't greeted by our server the entire night...she did not come to our table even once throughout the meal...on multiple occasions we heard her chatting with other tables, but she didn't seem to have time to even take our order. During the meal, this same server dropped a knife on my husband's foot when she was talking to the table next to ours and didn't acknowledge it.
A host ultimately ended up taking our order...when we ordered a pizza he mentioned the cauliflower crust was not an extra fee, but I double checked the menu and noticed it was. We asked for the regular crust but were still charged for the cauliflower crust. We also ended up getting the starters and entrees at the same time. Another mystery fee was included in the total on the bill...the host had to ask about it then confirmed it was an extra fee because we used a credit card. We asked him where that was noted on the menu and it was hidden under the hardcover of the menu! (See pictures.)
When we asked to speak to a manager, he brushed everything off and just said no one wants to work right now...he was very indifferent and seemed annoyed that we even asked to speak to him. He didn't have an explanation for the credit card fee and just said it's the owner's decision.
I've never had a dining experience like this before, and I would not recommend coming here anymore. Spend your money and...
Read moreSteer clear of this dumpster fire! My coworker and I found this place online and thought the happy hour/ wine flight might be fun after work on a Friday. When we get there, the wine flights were on the menu but our server, Jeff, told us we couldn’t get them. They also don’t actually have a happy hour like their website claims. He sat us at a table full of ants and we had to move ourselves.
Jeff introduced himself as the owner and proceeded to tell us that he knows everything there is to know about wine so he was just going to choose our wines for us without asking us anything about our preferences. If he knew anything about wine, he’d know personal preference is the most important aspect of a recommendation.
As this point, we were off put but still tried to enjoy the evening. We ordered food and it was okay. We asked for water halfway through and he brought us half full glasses, one with a bug in it.
We just wanted to leave at this point so we asked for separate, itemized receipts because our company requires them for business expenses. He said his system doesn’t allow him to split checks and give separate itemized receipts. Suppressing the urge to ask him if he needs help figuring his system out, we just paid and left figuring it’s not worth arguing and we’ll figure out how to document the expense another way.
I can’t believe this guy thinks he’s cut out for customer service.
Editing to add: We did not leave a tip due to the abysmal service we received. However, we later found that he had given himself a huge tip!! This guy is an absolute fraud!! I would not recommend going here unless you want to be...

Ambiance: music was a little loud. Outdoor seating is very pleasant with plastic barriers to block wind and heaters for warmth. 5/5
Service: My dad and I arrived a little before 6pm, they weren’t busy. It took us asking twice before our waiter showed up. We ordered off the amazing vegan menu. I’ve been vegetarian my whole life. I’ve never had chicken in my life. My dad had occasionally tried it. The food came out rather quickly. The lettuce wraps were delicious. My dad was surprised the vegan chicken tasted good. Our vegan chicken pasta came out and luckily my dad took the first bite bc He looked at me and said this is definitely real chicken!! We waited another five minutes for the waiter to come by to ask him whether the kitchen made a mistake. The waiter returns another 5 minutes later with the correct dish and apologizes for the mixup. At this point I’m a little off out and grateful I wasn’t the one that took that first bite. As someone who has never had chicken before, I would have believed that the quality of vegan chicken has just really improved. Very disappointing. They weren’t even they busy, but service was extremely slow. We had to wait for a server to walk by to request a check and then once again flag a waiter down to take our CC. My dad was tired by then and got up to find out waiter to return the bill and CC. There was no pen to write a tip and sign and honestly he did us a favor bc we didn’t know what tip to leave for that...
