Zach, Box Office Staff at Cultural Arts Center - inconsiderate regarding seating accommodations I was at Little Women, the musical this afternoon. My seating was arranged in row C. I realized once I got there that I needed more leg room, especially since I'm tall and also ADA due to problem with my legs. The complete first row was empty so I thought I would inquire about seating relocation. I went back to the lobby and spoke with the two people there, the woman seemed compassionate to my issue, but then she referred to Zach. He told me to sit my assigned, that there was still a line coming in the door and that people were still buying tickets online. Not even a consideration and it was now 1400, start of show time. I waited around a bit in the lobby area, but then heard the show starting. I've NEVER been to a theater before that doesn't provide seating accommodations, especially when requested? I saw him come in and seat a late customer, but again didn't even acknowledge me. At intermission, I approached the woman assisting him again to get his name. She took me back to him and said something to him and them he said we could move seats. Why didn't he take time the first time to pause and look at open seats for me?
