They lied and said I left trash in the cargo van I only use the cargo van to take few containers to the storage I have been dealing with U-Haul for over 20 years and they never had any complaints about a vehicle being left dirty upon return and when speaking with the representative at U-Haul he even said looking at previous rental it’s no complaints from the previous U-Haul he’s over charged me and I refuse to let them get away with this I will be calling the BBB because they’re reporting FRAUD information on customs I don’t tolerate anyone lying on Me

I ask Steve the owner to send me the picture this the picture I have does this looks like trash! he know he’s scamming customers taking fake pictures and sending them to U-Haul stating I left trash in the vehicle Steve you pick the WRONG...

I have been coming to The OC Post Box for the past year now, originally I had to fax documents for my work while I was out on disabilty and now I come here for my small business. I purchase all of my boxes, labels, and packing from The OC Post Box. Jennifer does a great job every time I see her, she handles all of the packing and items with care. Every time I am so thankful and appreciative of this, that I always tell her as well that she is appreciated and that my customers also appreciate the safe handling that she performs on each and every item she does for me. Jennifer is very knowledgeable, and is always helpful with any questions I may have. The owner and her husband are very friendly as well, they always greet and welcome me when I come in. They are very trustworthy and I am appreciative of this establishment because they have not only helped me and my small business, but the community as well. The first time I came in, the teller was on the phone, maybe with a lawyer walking around in the back. Another customer was waiting ahead of me. He didn't acknowledge us and send in an on and. After a lond wait, he attended to us with no appology.only to tell me to come back later because the live scan person was unavailable. I wrote it off as and day. Today I came in with a letter to send unsure of the best option. Thetlergave me the choices. I took less than a minute of his time debating and there were no other customers. I asked his opinion. His reply was really snarky and he told me to make up my mind because I was causing him to walk back and forth too much (three feet, twice).

I left, again, but this time I will not be back. So many other choices in the area that give great service. Definitely don't...
