Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Yorba Linda

Very rarely gets my order correct. If someone orders a grilled cheese.... "add Swiss cheese, too" does that mean only Swiss cheese? Does that mean one slice of American and one slice of Swiss and charge me for extra cheese still? Does it mean forget the extra cheese and just do two American cheese slices?

I just don't know if it is a literacy issue or a careless issue. I want to be nice and say maybe the cooks can't read in English. I have been very patient and very nice, despite being super frustrated. Today was my last visit. The Carl's Jr. That use to be own the street closed down, before closing down I stopped giving them my business because the employees were always mean to me. That is not the case for this Jack In The Box, they are very nice (well except one of the employees), but I can't say a place that can't get orders right is acceptable these days as most places don't screw up often. This place almost every single time and for years I have been coming and almost always ordering...

Wow !!! The customer service in the place deserves no stars. I came in because I received a email promotion. So good job to the company for getting me in the door. Upon my arrival I showed the woman who was taking orders (as well as drive through orders) at the same time. I started to get a little frustrated with her when she asked me multiple times to order on jacket. I had no idea what she was referring to as it was 80 degrees out side and I was in a t-shirt. My frustration grew when she walked away from taking my order and got upset because I did not speak Spanish. I'm sorry I took French in high school. After she went to the back and brought someone who could communicate with me. He explained that she was asking me to order on the Jack in the box app. I voiced my concerns to him on why she would be taking orders if she could not communicate effectively. You guys are going to go out of business soon. don't recommend anyone going to this location As a business Councelor and customer service advisor this please is the worst place to east anything.
