This campus isn’t what it once was. The information desk isn’t helpful at all. Several of the professors make you feel stupid, make snide comments at you & laugh after asking for clarification on something. Some can very rude. No one is ever in the tutoring area. Trying to meet with student counselor is like pulling teeth, everything is done by zoom it seems like anymore in that dept. It’s very unfortunate that the counselors don’t take your personal needs into consideration for learning just throw classes at you to register for. Nothing was ever done about an English teacher last semester, there was 4 students left out of 25 by the end of the semester. I understand we all have personal lives, however, the Professionals are there to educate, help their students, clarify information when needed not to make fun of them, and be a supportive helping their students succeed. It’s seems like in this recent experience several of the Professionals are not helpful and very inconsiderate. Anytime there is an issue, you’re told to contact one man, which it can take him awhile to get back to you, I’m sure it’s bc he is overwhelmed with the amount of complaints and calls from students.

Read moreAs a 31 year old mother, I started college in the fall to pursue an assoc. degree in Addiction and Recovery. Let me just say, I am very shocked and disappointed thus far. This has been the worse educational experience in my life. The financial aid office is all screwed up and doesn't know if they are coming or going. Constantly sending me wrong information. English 101 was a joke. Psychology 101 wasn't terrible but I expected something different. Principles of Math expects students to calculate in Babylonian, Myan, Roman, Chinese, etc. Not 1 thing have I done in the past 4 months has had anything to do with addiction or recovery. This has been a complete waste of time and money. I have not learned a thing....
