America's Best the asst mgr was extremely busy but maintained outstanding client relations while multitasking and followed through on each detail. She answered all my questions, assisted a new employee, relayed my issue to the doctor, even researched my current insurance and reminded me I'm still enrolled in their 3yr plan. Professional, dedicated, knowledgeable; never missed a beat even during the busiest times. I was late for my appt because of public transportation; however, I was able to obtain a previous prescription from another company, using it for glasses before my coverage ends in 3 days. Another employee explained my payment incorrectly, made me feel uncomfortable, speaking about it to another associate when o explained I wasn't prepared for the additional cost of a second pair of glasses (even though it was an incredible value). Preparing to leave without anything, discouraged not for their inexperience but an apathetic opinion coupled with obvious annoyance. However then the asst mgr explained within 30 days I could still order a second pair at a discounted rate. My appreciation of York's AB C & G goes well beyond the amazing selection for every budget. Understanding difficulties facing retailers today, I'm pleased to applaud this particular individual who truly helped relieve the painful daily...

Man, this place is just boring. Big ol' parking lot and nearly no reason to be there. At least with HHgregg you knew there was a little something for everyone. York partially rebuilt the buildings and.... old navy moved to a different section. Swear to god, york, put a bid in to get a microcenter in there and you'll see commerce for sure.

I so look forward to the 2 fish for $4, got them every week last year. This Arby's has gone done hill so bad, the employees are very friendly, food not so much. Went in last night and got my two fish, opened the first one took a bite and it was disgusting. Over cooked down to nothing or reheated multiple times, the bread was flat and burnt. Couldn't even finish a half of one, felt like throwing over the counter. I was to mad to take them back, it would of got ugly. Dumped them in the trash and left !!!! I'll make the trip to East York from now on, that one's...
