Burger King — Restaurant in Manchester Township

I hope someone who can make changes reads this, because Ed the manager has ruined this place. I have never came across someone so vulgar and disgusting, and I'm not just talking about his fat, sloppy, foul smelling appearance. This guy belittles his employees in front of customers, becomes ignorant towards paying customers if they say something is wrong, has employees send out food that has been sitting for way too long, and has a general lack of consideration for others. On 3 separate occasions I've had to deal with this man who is obviously on a extended power trip, most likely caused by his home life being miserable and non existent. How can you be mad at a customer for their order being made incorrectly, not offering an apology but yet attempting to make me feel sorry for you. A prime example of how not to conduct business please stay away from this place, there are much better...

TERRIBLE!!! Save your money and spend it at a company that actually CARES about you as a customer! I put in two mobile orders at two locations the first was already closed but for some reason bk allowed transaction to go through... I tried another location and arrived a few minutes before their closure time and was informed that they start closing 10 minutes early!!!! They advertise being open until 12am but they're actually not... It allowed me to to be charged again. I just sent in a complaint about food quality and now they're saying I've asked for too many refunds?!?!? So I guess I'm just supposed to eat that $10 and some change they charged me!!!!! I demand to be refunded for BOTH transactions... mind you I wasted, time... gas... all that for a store that closes WHENEVER THEY WANT smh if they don't make this right they have lost my whole family as...

I stopped here after my 5 year old had gymnastics. As we waited a man in red stated he needed my daughter's burger which was plain and this woman on the make line also in red started speaking very very loudly and rudely to him. After hearing her loudly disrespect him over and over, I spoke up stating that every person could hear her being a b&(¥h, (excuse my language) that it was very rude and unprofessional for all the customers to hear her disrespect the entire staff. She then decided to speak about how much she did not care in which I the customer loudly stated everyone could under stand that she obviously did not care at all about who she was disrespecting or who could hear her. Needless to say as I got our food I stated to the guy that I really hoped she was not a Manger because that would be bad. Sorry to say we will NOT be back because of...
