If you want your furniture to feel like quality that will be able to stand up to the test of time, this is where you should be shopping. Are the prices higher than another store down the street? Yes. Will you buy one set that will last 10+ years? Also yes. After purchasing furniture at a competitor down the street and having the cushions degrade after a few months, it was time to get forever furniture rather than throw away quality and the help from Italia at Interiors Home did not disappoint. Italia gave the time and attention necessary to ensure that my wife and I understood the sales and design process and could fill our living room with something that would truly make us happy. Delivery forecast was kept up to date and was made on time with great communication and care to my home.

I have been there several times by myself and have bombarded with questions when I just needed time to think and take in their big albeit ugly and fake showroom. The sales reps were like flies i had to bat off even when it existed many things I wanted to buy. THEN i started coming with my husband because we want to order specialized items and I love a few certain colors. I am in the store with associates and they suddenly ignore me when I am explaining what I want to my husband in our language. We both have money to spend but for a decorator to act and look so disgusted is new to me. We decided to take our business elsewhere where people will not be disgusted for someone not speaking english. Really it is so cruel. Go to ikea or a friend either is so much better...
Read moreWe agreed to buy an item only because we were explicitly told we would have the option to return the item within a certain window but may be responsible for a large restocking fee. The furniture arrives and we are not happy with it. We call the store and are told we could return our new furniture due to problems with the comfort and quality. We were given a restocking fee/total cost we would be responsible for if we were to return the furniture. We showed up to the store to initiate the return only to be told that we would be responsible for 100% of the cost, but they would take the furniture back in exchange for 50% of its value in store credit…. so they can sell us more furniture.
