Its a beautiful store. They have a lot of offerings that I am happy about such as Mountain Valley Water and Chocolate covered Macadamia nuts. But I wanted to tell you something that I have never actually seen before. Many of the reviewers on google were docking the stars they were giving Sprouts because the customers were angry that Sprouts kicked out the sweet little farmers stand that has been in that parking lot for years. And when I heard that Sprouts did that, I was angry too and removed a star from my original rating. But yesterday, I went to Sprouts and I saw the sweet little farm stand was back. I asked the owner what was going on and he told me that Sprouts called him and invited him back to the parking lot. And I just think that was so kind of Sprouts to do that. I have never heard of a corporation making an basically spiritual move like that. So we have to give Sprouts a boat load of credit for that unbelievable act of kindness because generally at least many corporations ignore the little guy. Sprouts just heard that we didn't like that the little farm stand was kicked out of the parking lot and they thought it about it and invited them back. Sprouts showed a lot of confidence in their business by just being the bigger person and helping the little guy. Additionally, these two businesses compliment each other. So neither one is worse for the wear. Thank...
Read moreWent here a few times to shop and both times the cashiers were VERY rude. They sling your groceries around and bag entirely too much in one bag. This last time I went here three women were talking about another employee that quit in front of me and my wife. They were very unprofessional about what they were saying about this other employee in front of customers. My wife came here a few weeks ago the cashier told her she would be right back after my wife sat and waited almost 10 minutes for someone to come this employee sits her drink down and says she will be back another 10 minutes go by and my wife decides to walk to the deli counter and ask someone to help her get a manager. The lady finally came back and the manager later comes and makes excuses that they don’t have enough staff. Well maybe if your employees weren’t so miserable and bully others you could keep decent people. This is sad this place just open not long ago and this type of behavior is going on. All employees should be retrained on how to talk and bag customer things. Food cost to much to just sling someone’s groceries around or stuff them in a bag to the top to were it’s smushing your food...
Read moreI love Sprouts and my first exposure was in Arizona. I am so glad one is close by. The produce looked fresh and the selection of products was wide. If you have a sensitivity to gluten, lactose, or most others, you can find products here. Same for those that want to eat cleaner. My only complaint is we used the bulk aisle and one thing we love is the chocolate covered honeycombs. My son made a b line for them and put about a half pound in a bag. When we got in the car, he started eating them and over half the bag was nut clusters. First, anyone with a nut allergy could be seriously harmed. Second, it's not what I paid for and was disappointing. We were half way down the road before we discovered it. My husband said it may have been children as there were a number of kids unsupervised in the bulk candy aisle but we didn't see anyone messing around those bins to truly know. I will go back but we will also be very careful when we use the bulk aisle. The two look very similar in size and shape but their contents are very very different and could have a serious medical side effect. And yes, we were in the dark chocolate covered...
