Old Navy — Local services in Manchester Township

I was so disappointed with this store. I haven't been in old navy in many years, but my husband was looking for shorts and we were in the area so we decided to go in. I was excited because I know they carry plus size clothes online so I assumed they would carry them in store as well! Wow was a wrong. It was actually comical that they did not carry more than one item that way above a M or maybe L. I really wish I was joking and not just being dramatic. I looked through rows and rows of racks, shirts, dresses, pants, all of it, and they only had xxs, xs, s, and some mediums. It got to the point that we were just laughing about it because how could they not have anything over a medium!? Lol. I'm not asking for them to carry a ton of plus size clothes, I get it, we don't need to be catered to. But dang, maybe one or two items at least?? Especially for how much they promote their plus size section online! Aside from that debocle, the way their store was arranged, the cart could barely/not move through the store easily? Plus there was trash all around, discarded drinks, Starbucks, dunkin, sodas? It really needed cleaned. Overall I would not recommend. Just shop online, they have much more variety, and apparently this location does curb side pickup. The staff was friendly though, it's not...

It's an ok place to shop. I think a lot of this stuff is overpriced. I really only go when they have deals on tshirts. The issue is that they never have my size of anything in stock. Recently, I had old navy cash to use. I decided to place an order online for in store pickup, so I wouldn't have to pay for shipping. Well, before I could pick up my order. I got a notification stating that the items were not in stock. One out of the three items I ordered was available. When I went to pick up my one item, I asked if they would return my old navy cash since they didn't have all my items available. The girl at the counter asked her manager, and I was told that I would not get my old navy cash back even though they were the ones that did not have my items in stock. Even though it said they were in stock when I purchased them. That really upsets me because I spent a certain amount in order to earn that old navy cash. All because they didn't have it in stock. I lose out on my Old Navy cash. That is not right! This is also not the first time that I've ordered stuff for in store pick up and it wasn't available. I arrived about 15 minutes before close, without knowing that they closed so early. I looked around, picked a couple things, and 8 minutes before closing, Deb (the manager I presume) told me they were closing and that I should cash out. I obliged, a little annoyed she didn’t give me the time left til they close. While standing in line with about 5 other customers, Deb locked the front doors. I have been in retail for many years, and while I understand telling customers you are closing soon, it’s unfair to stand and wait until the customer goes to the front.
