I support new local business. I know adjustments need to be made for continuous process improvement .This place is not ready or equipped for Sunday Brunch !!!! I have attempted to support this establishment twice, each time the results were embarrassing, and worse then the time before. My first Brunch visit took well over 2 hours to get our food served ..The issue was blamed on a poor server!!!! Management discounted our bills. This past Sunday Everything was worse 🙃 the food was cold to include 😒 pancakes, eggs, old tasting over cooked bacon & sausage . It took over 2 hours for everyone at our table to get food...The food was delivered in groups of two incomplete 🙃 and cold !!!
NO Management was concerned over this poor performance!!!

A lady(assuming it was the manager) brought the drink back to my table and stated that she made the drink herself and was not making me another drink, but would take it off the bill. What credible establishment confronts a customer over their dislike of a item!!! All they had to do was make me another drink, I pay for it and problem solved.
