Hello my name is chelsea I own my own business as well as being an employee to a Business: I hold the position of a general manager for a company. I would never allow my customers to be treated the way I was treated tonight at two different locations the worst being the first one I was at. I stopped at Your young town location and waited in the drive through for 22 minutes and still did not get to order. At the 23 minute mark I decided not to even order and wanted to just leave The location and never return, as I go to pull through the drive through I was not able to exit the property as they had a customer waiting on there items for another 5 minutes. Finally after that customer received there food I was able to finally leave the property! Mind you I did not order or receive any items from this location due to the poor customer service and the wait times. At this point I wasn’t fully dis satisfied with the company I still had high hopes for the company and proceeded to another location in hopes of a better quality customer service and less wait times. When i arrived at the second location I was able to order my food in a appropriate amount of time, which was very nice but after ordering my food I still proceeded to wait 14 min before receiving my order. I am highly disappointed in jack in the box and customer service experience I received especially having to go to two locations in one night. I will never again return to this company and will advise my customers, friends and family of the service I received tonight; to not go to this company especially the locations I wasted my time at tonight.

Read more28 Aug 2021. Not happy today. Came in to try the new bbq bac dbl cb cmb. The service sucked. Kid with a goofy haircut attempts to take my order. I pointed to the ad for the burger but said I wanted the double not the triple. He says "what size?" Again I say "the double." He says "just the burger?" "No, I want the combo." Again, 4 or 5 more times he asks "what size ?" I'm thinking about walking out. A female from the back says "just give him the small." To change the situation I ask "what is the difference?" He rattles off all the price differences. I'm thinking "omg, why me?" After a long day at work I just wanted to try the latest combo from Jack in the Box. While I'm waiting I want to wash my hands so I ask for the combo. A female screams out 151. I go and try that only to find its not the correct code. Again, rather than speak to me with any respect she yells 5151. Once I finish and return to the counter that same guy yells "415" while looking at me. I ask is that mine? He says "Yea." Why couldn't he just say "your order is ready." These youngster you hired have no manners or respect. After today, I won't be back.

Here again, 2 Aug 21. My server for eat in was Maria, very cute. Excellent customer service skills. I love this Jack in the Box. Had the triple cheese combo with 2 tacos. So fresh and yummy. Best Jack place around. I'll be back.
Worked in the area so we often went there for lunch. The two for .99 tacos were always good & fresh. Then we tried some monster tacos, they were well prepared and always fresh. Tried the cheaper single burgers and they always came smashed. Didn't like those too much. We did try the Big Cheeseburger and those were good. I always went inside to order, never used the drive thru. Service was always pretty good, no complaints here. I will miss them, no longer working...

That wasn’t the only time, when I went on the weekend I had this same issue when I told them my order and when they repeated it they said something completely different. When we got to the window they can’t even get the whip cream on my shakes and didn’t even mention or apologize or offer a discount for my shakes missing the whip cream. The price of the shake includes the whip cream!! How do they hire people that have not only have bad customer service and can’t train them on how to use whip cream on a food item they are promoting!? Also the times I have went the male workers both with long dark hair ,looked like were 🍃. Apparently this is affecting the way they present their service. Not ok 03-14-23 My daughter wanted a Oreo shake i been tried to convince her to go somewhere else because of our last experience here well I went through the drive through and the two males with long hair were both at the drive through looking at me as if I wasn’t speaking to them in English as if I just came from another country and they couldn’t understand what I was saying, they alway do this. AGAIN No Whip Cream on my daughters shake and when I asked they answered with a cocky attitude and said they didn’t have any?! Like seriously?!
