Keg Party Shoppe — Local services in Ypsilanti

My husband put a $70 deposit down for a keg a week prior to his fathers surprise 70th birthday party. They notified me a week after I put the deposit down to let me know they sold my keg. I asked where I could find one as I had 3 days to get one before the party. Their unapologetic responded “I don’t know” had me very irritated and scrambling. They finally offered to call their rep and was able to get one. The day of the party the tap we purchased didn’t work. Ironic this place is called “the keg” that’s literally the one thing I needed....

Recently stopped in the keg loved the selection and feel of the store which all didn’t matter because they double and triple charge your card and then have no way to reach them as the number is a fake and the manager is never available even when I left my number I never received a call back about an issue with there store don’t spend your money here unless you want that beer to cost 3 or 4 times more with no customer service or follow up by management on issues...

Normally have had a good time going to this place. Tonight had an older woman that worked their patronize me letting me know 20 minutes before closing that the "lights" are not on (Even though their sign light is on but not their open sign is off I guess).
