Just wanted to share my experience with this place. My father and I had an incident going through the pass where one of the hoses on our mercedes came loose for the transmission and it all leaked out a few miles from the California inspection station. We got towed to Yreka Baxter parking lot and these guys went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. The biggest challenge was that our mercedes only took the special blue transmission fluid that only the dealer had and it had to also be filled from the bottom under pressure. Every employee there treated us like family and tried to help us with everything they possibly can from giving us a courtesy ride to trying to locate the fluid to allowing us to stay at their parking lot over night to as far as delivering the transmission fluid the next morning directly from the dealer which was all the way in medford. I personally want to thank Keith for getting all of this arranged for us and going above an beyond to get us back on the road. It was truly nice to see how much someone cares about making sure their Customer is taken care of. I am in Southern California and my youngest Goddaughter and her best friend came to visit vai road trip. On her way back home to Washington her car began overheating badly. I called the closest Baxter Auto Parts for assistance and spoke to Keith and informed him that a very young and anxious young lady may stop by the store for some help. I want to say thanks to Keith for going above and beyond in assisting her and helping her get back on the road. Great to know that there are people that still care about service.

I went to Baxter Auto Parts based in some of some reviews. I was stranded in Yreka due to engine problems and failure, even after explaining mi situation they didn’t seemed eager to help me. I stayed next day and returned to buy a gas cap; while the attendant was serving my order, he was distracted to comment in another customer that was being help by someone else.
