My wife and I came through attempting to purchase a single lock. Though before we could even exit our car completely and enter the store, an employee came walking by with multiple 5+ foot poles on his shoulder and walked right past my wife as she was exiting the car and almost hit her, and the vehicle, with the poles. No words or apologies were given to my wife, as he continued to walk by. My wife and I then tried bringing this to the managers attention (Asst. manager) he proceeded to let the employee himself argue with my wife, loudly in the middle of the store, with the employee stating MULTIPLE times “I knew exactly what he was doing so she should be looking out and more careful.” After about 1-2 minutes of arguing, the asst. manager watching with a smile on his face, I chimed in asking the asst. manager if he was going to let this continue. He responded with “are you talking to me?!” And responded with how he was going to let the argument continue until it sopped enough for him to let the employee go, apologize on his behalf, and then continue with the day. My wife and I grew up in Yreka and this is one of the many reasons we decided to move away. Terrible service, friendliness, and downright rude to anyone going in our out of that store. Will NOT be going back, nor do we recommend anyone to go there until whoever heads that shop reviews...

Some of there employees like to racial profiling, especially the owner he made a sign that say no backpack allowed in when I ask him is my bag a backpack he said no then said no bags are allowed even women’s with there purses as he telling that there was two woman standing there with there purses so I ask why no one saying anything to them I was told the employees didn’t catch it in I said the guy that ran me down about my bag was just helper word of advice if you wanna profile, somebody learn how to profile the right person don’t profile don’t Profile someone because of their color because if everyone leave there purses and bags at the front who will guaranteed the right person get the right bag because the owner will not replace what’s in your bag I’ll take the drive to Medford before giving them...

I came here and bought a shirt some paint and sand paper to do my vanity. Customer service was excellent. Well I had my puppy with me so a friend of mine sat outside with her rather than sitting in the hot car and one of the employees came out and told my friend that there was no camping out allowed. My friend responded in shock but still courteous and told the gentleman that I was in the store a buying stuff and that they were just outside waiting. He responded by saying again well no camping out. We don't camp out anywhere we don't carry tents around or a bunch of stuff we are not part of anything like that. It was shameful and completely disrespectful I doubt if I will ever...
