Twigs and Sprigs — Local services in Yreka

I am writing this review of the florist shop in Yreka on fourth street because i am a native of yreka ca and our mother lived here over 64 yrs in our community as well … my husband and i went into twigs and sprigs to order flowers for the hardest day of mine and my four siblings lives for our mother Lynette Hansen … it was incredibly hard to get threw this but worked with one if the woman there and ordered a $250.00 spray of flowers to be placed on our mothers casket as a obvious sign of our continued love and devotion to her … after choosing my brother then paid for her arrangement over the phone .. one of the most heart breaking task to be done until her services at Girdners funeral chapel on Saturday … Saturday came … and we were all terrified to go in a see our precious mothers casket not to mention the fact that there were no flowers on mother casket… we asked the director where are our mothers flowers ? We chose a beautiful array of her favorite flowers to be drapped on her casket for her service .. he said I have no idea and placed a call to Twigs & Sprigs -Flowers and Gifts and their machine came on … not only are we crushed that this final jester for our mothers from her children was not fulfilled but we had to take flowers from another vase of flowers some one had sent to place pn her casket … i will personally say i am angry and this is forever engraved into our hearts that this business stole this from our family and i will never recommend using this florist …they are not deserving of business when they hurt families like this .. most sincerely all of...

Charged extra without our consent. My husband & I purchased a bouquet & was told one price. We gladly paid the price with our debit card. Opted out of delivery & took the flowers home. When we returned home we noticed our bank statement was a different amount than agreed upon. Concerned, we called the shop. The lady explained there was a service fee when using a card. We were not aware of this & there was no signage stating this. Neither did the lady have us sign a receipt. When we tried to state our concern regarding this, she proceeded to say “Sorry!” & hung up the phone on us. We will not be using this...

I wasn't going to write a review, but you kept sending a request for one, so... I ordered the florist choice premium bouquet for $75, plus added delivery fee and tax, spending over $90.
