Everytime I visit this particular Home Depot, someone ask "what are you looking for", "can I help you find something quicker". These things are important to me due to the fact I have little personal time, so no time to spare just browsing.
When it comes to my business at this particular Home Depot, I am constantly buying fence panels and other materials for doing outside jobs for my customers and they too pay for my time, these men and women busy or not understand that "It could be them I am working for." Thus, they help finding exactly what I need, the quantity of and always get an item # or sale's sticker. No back tracking and quick loading, leaves not only me but My customers feeling appreciated.

Read morePurchased 3 sheets of cement board. Was pretty beat up, cashier gave 10% off, would rather have non damage sheets. Asked for assistance loading, cashier advised she would send someone. I waited outside in the cold a few minutes, then went in and asked a different cashier. Help took 28 minutes to show up for less than 1 minute of loading. I almost took it to customer service for a refund, but that would have wasted more time. Usually I have better experiences...
