Family of four placed our smoothie order with no one in line ahead of us. There were three employees working with an empty seating area. Then, a customer behind us made her order. That customer got her 3 drinks before ours were started. Eighteen minutes later we received our order. One of the employees provided a blanket apology and said she would give something written down for a free smoothie on our next visit. Never received. I went here for the first time a couple days ago. I had a smoothie king where I used to live and I have missed it very much the past 4 years. I am super excited yulee has one now! I was helped by Tameeka while in the store and since their menu has changed since I was last there, she was super helpful in helping me choose what to order and was very informative and knowledgeable about each smoothie and the health benefits, not to mention the different add-ins and customizations you can do.
