Deonna, you go girl! I am visiting family in Jacksonville this week, and shopped at this Target twice already. The first time, the cashier was polite, but she didn't smile. She was OK. Tonight, however, my experience was top-notch at checkout. When I walked in the store, with my toddlers in tow, I noticed this beautiful, welcoming smile at register #5. As I walked past, I told myself I was going to check out with her. When I was ready to leave, all registers had a few customers in line, including hers, so I stood in line. The customer at the front decided she had many questions, and was holding up the line, so customers began spreading to other available registers, but I stayed.. and I'm glad I did. Deonna, whose name tag read "New Team Member," was as pleasant as could be, friendly, professional, and just seemed like she was loving her job. I told her how much I appreciated such quality, friendly service, and that I would be typing this review. Deonna, if you read this, I know work can become tedious, and Customer Service can be very difficult at times.. but I hope that, as time moves forward, you are able to continue to smile the way you did tonight, and that you are recognized for a job well done. You will go places, for sure. Target did right by hiring you! Thanks again, and my...
Read moreI stopped at Target for a broom and a dustpan. Simple enough, so I thought. After roaming the aisles of household goods for several minutes, I didn't see anything resembling those items. Even harder to find was an employee on the floor, aside from the mass-congregating of red shirts up front. Simple enough, I called the Target customer service desk from inside the store, hoping that they could tell me what aisle the broom and dustpan would be on. Instead of answering the phone at the guest services desk, the woman just hung up on me. Thinking maybe it was an issue with the phone, I called back. Well, she hung up on me again. I began walking towards the front of the store, and called again. I could hear the phone ringing in sync with mine, and I watched the lady hang up the phone call and continue to talk to the woman she was talking to at the register. I had a gentleman point me to a manager, and I asked her where I could find a broom and dustpan. I did let her know that I was hung up on while I was trying to inquire previously. The manager was kind and helpful in getting me to the items I was searching for. I still gave Target my business, but was very displeased with the foolery they had going that day.
Made the mistake of coming back. Won't...
Read moreThis store, this specific location, has been with me throughout my entire life. The ups and downs. Everything about it is perfection. The Starbucks employees are incredible!!!
I've been in Yulee my entire life. As a young toddler, I would constantly ask to go to this Target. As a youngin' I would always ask my parents to go to this Target. The worst months of my entire life, September 2015 through February 2016, were when I was between Yulee houses and I believe I didn't go to Target much, if at all, during those times. After that, except for the times I've been out of town, I've gone to this target at least once a week every week post-February 2016. And it's been a beautiful constant in my life. Through winter, spring, fall, and summer, Target has always been there for me. The ups and downs of life have always been comforted by Target. One time I went 14 days in a row. Is this an obsession? Do I need help? No. I need Target.
Overall 10/10 would recommend, and I would also never recommend going 14 days in a row. Find out why...
