Went about a year ago to get my cracked phone screen fixed (iPhone XR) customer service was nice and the process was fast (was able to get my phone the same day) however it shows how fast it was made because the glue is melting and sticking out on the sides of my screen and I can’t clean it off no matter what I use, it looks really bad and cheaply done. There are times where I can’t press on anything on my phone, it won’t register my tapping on the screen. Even took the screen protector off and it won’t work. Sometimes water will seep through the screen and I have to dry it off with a blow dryer. My sim tray won’t stick out anymore because there is a noticeable amount of glue around it and I’ll probably have to spend more money to get it fixed. Do NOT recommend this place if you want your phone fixed because it seems that they only do the bare minimum for $$$. This is a real review, a real person, you can look up my name in one of your previous orders. Actually had to get my phone fixed because of your mistake :) But really shows how professional this business is when all they can do is laugh at a bad review and call it fake and not wanting to even ATTEMPT to fix it. This business is a joke and truly shows it. The owner wants to know my full name, when they can just email me. I have photos, also if the owner can read properly because they obviously didn’t, I said that the sim tray did NOT stick out like it was supposed to because of the glue they added poorly made it stuck and hard to take out. Excellent Repair and Customer Service.

10/10 would recommend & will come back as needed. My kiddo got a gaming monitor for his 13th birthday and it wouldn’t connect due to a dated fall that damaged his HDMI port. I called when the shop was closed and got a prompt response the next business day (today). Let me say, I LOVE the honesty. I did ask if I should replace the machine and there was no sales pitch, only honesty and the nudge to make an informed decision after speaking with my kiddo. I was sold from there. Customer service was tip-top. Very personable, friendly, funny and the repair was completed the same day at what I felt was a good rate. I did not shop around, they passed the vibe check and I am aware of what these repairs should run. The machine was tested on their end, connected immediately on our end and it’s all good. Kiddo is elated and having a blast on COD and I am a very satisfied customer.

Dropped a phone of yesterday afternoon said Id get a call by end of day with update no call kept over night call this morning the guys so rude I asked hey you guys never called yesterday to let me know what's going on or that you're keeping over night.
