This was our first time ordering from Panda Express and we ordered through Grubhub. We've used Grubhub before without an issue so assumed everything would be fine. We also realized that with the dining areas being closed our order would take longer than the typical 25-30 minutes. An hour and a half passed and our order still hadn't arrived, we called and were told rather rudely that Panda Express doesn't deliver. I explained the Grubhub situation and the phone was given to a manager. This manager assured that the driver was most likely waiting in line and that our order had been done and sitting there for almost 2 hours. Trying to be patient I agreed to wait, but by hour 3 another call was made to which we were told there was still no pick up and if we wanted to cancel we would have to go through Grubhub. Ok, fine we decided to go pick our order up. Yes the line was long but not long enough to warrant a 3 hour wait. After a brief argument someone brought our order out to us. We got home and opened it (beef and broccoli with chow mein noodles and fried rice, orange chicken with fried rice, walnut shrimp and orange chicken with fried rice and chow mein noodles, egg rolls, and cream cheese rangoon). The order was correct but the orange chicken was extremely spicy, neither the fried rice nor the chow mein noodles had flavor, and the egg rolls were somehow oily and burnt. I had high hopes for this restaurant but sadly it didn't live up to my family's expectations. and as a side note stick...
Read moreStop weighing out the food. Today my daughter & I got the Sweet Fire Chicken. Mine was all chicken & no pineapple. My daughter's was all pineapple & no chicken. Saw some guy in there about a year ago who looked like he was on steroids strutting around the dining area like he was the new manager. This is when weighing the food started. Obviously this was his idea. People are not going to keep eating there if they continue to fill the bowl 3/4 full of rice, get all chicken in one bowl, & all pineapple in the other, because they are being intimidated to weigh out cooked food by some steroid freak manager who has obviously learned this portion sizing from his experience with steroids, growth hormones, & protein. Get rid of the muscle head manager & the scales, & continue to serve good food like you always have. We love...
Read moreMy friends and I decided to try this place out. We all got orange chicken with fried rice or chow mein. I ordered Kung Pao chicken in addition. The orange chicken and Kung pao wasn't ready. My boyfriend ordered the bigger plate and they only gave him a regular plate. When we all got the orange chicken, it tasted like French fries dipped in orange sauce. The chicken was barely in the pieces and was extremely dry. The fried rice tasted like cardboard and was extremely dry. My friend's chow mein was extremely dry and bland as well. They never brought out the Kung Pao that I ordered. Then as we looked at the receipt, we saw they did a double of orange chicken for me, but only have me 1 serving. I do not recommend this place. This is the first and last time I...
