Yeah I had a major overhaul to do at the cable company I had four cable boxes to switch out switch the cable over to another person's name from a deceased person individually get the bill more affordable. I like many people in the past I've had bad experiences with the cable company and I like everybody else complain about it however today I had a great experience at the cable company and if you're going to complain when they're doing something wrong you ought to have the guts to say when they're doing something right I thought I was going to be in for a long drawn-out ordeal today a very very sweet young lady named Brittany Mitchell I hope she doesn't mind me saying her name on here but she gave me incredible service she helped me save money on my bill she was so sweet and kind and it changed my whole day it just made my day a great day with the experience I had today so although I've had many bad experiences today I had a great experience yes remember when you go in these places if you're dealing with a different person then the one that treated you rudely treat people with respect until they treat you with disrespect that's what happened today and I had a fantastic experience I just want to say thank you again to Brittany I hope this gets through to her bosses because she deserves to come up with oh also I heard her say while I was waiting in line when the other girl working there asked her what time she left she said 6 and it was after 6:00 so I figured I was in for a long week with only one person but Brittany stayed after she was supposed to be gone to help get the line down before she left so I just want to say my hat's off to her and I had a fantastic experience today and I hope that's the way things go up...

I’ve had Spectrum for 12 years and have had only a couple of issues and they fixed them. Honestly I would give 5 stars until my recent experience. I live a mile from Cambridge Ohio 43725 and literally 2000 feet from a Spectrum line. My entire road of like 200 people have been trying to get internet for a decade with no success. I recently was driving an Amish family in Freeport Ohio and see they are installing internet on the Amish’s road. My head about exploded. They are 30 miles from any town and there are 2 houses on that road that even use power. And Spectrum is running a new internet line to them. But they refuse to run a line 2000 feet to my house. There are poles already installed and no digging that I can see. I even offered to pay out of pocket. If I were a Spectrum salesman I’d look into Patton Hollow Rd. Cambridge Ohio, 43725 and you would be grateful. Honestly the entire town of 50,000 people would probably switch to Spectrum...

We recently switched from T Mobil to Spectrum and dealt with the Patsy at the Maple Ave. Zanesville Ohio location. Our service was outstanding and wanted to make certain the Mangagement Team at Spectrum was aware of the welcoming atmosphere in this store. Patsy is a fantastic representitive for your company and is a great embassador as well. We were treated with the utmost respect and our experience was stellar. She took her time while explaining all the features of the phones we were interested in and helped make our buying decision much easier. Patsy was the perfect person to handle our cell conversion and we want to acknowledge her dedication to customer service. She made the difference in our cell service choice. Great job, Patsy.
