Let me start by saying I have purchased multiple pairs of shoes from this store and have loved them all. Unfortunately my last experience here was worth posting a review about.

I bought a beautiful pair of boots here around $250. I’m a teacher, so this was a real splurge for me, but for a nice high quality pair of boots it was worth it. I wore these boots one school day, only indoors. The heels were extremely scuffed and even had a chunk taken out of the one by the end of the day. This was from six hours of wear. Obviously I was extremely upset because of the price of these boots. I thought they would last years, let alone 6 hours. So, I called the store. The owner or manager (not sure who) told me that “some people just walk funny” and insinuated that is why the heels were destroyed after one wear. Well, none of the other shoes I purchased from this store lasted only 6 hours, so there was definitely something wrong with the quality of the material of the heel- bit with the way I walk. She did not care and did not offer me any type of refund or coupon for a next visit to make it right. Nothing. I called the shoe company directly and they could not believe that the shoe store did not compensate me. They could not help me because unfortunately I purchased the shoes from Eva Bryn Shoetique instead of the company directly.

I can't believe I've not left a review yet for Eva Brynn! I've been to this friendly small business several times and have had consistent exceptional customer service. I know I'll always get the same service no matter the day and leave feeling like they care about me. (Regardless if I make a purchase or not)

The owner is very hands on with her business, super knowledgeable and very personable! Kelly along with her staff provide a wonderful shopping experience from the moment you enter to the moment you leave.

My most recent experience, the boutique had an event with Naot who was donating shoes to vOICE! The store was pretty busy but the staff was very attentive to all shoppers. They made sure to understand the style of shoe I was looking for and maintained alot of patience as I am extremely picky! They never pushed any specific brand or style and reassured me that not every shoe is for every person and that is ok!

As far as the quality, I have several pairs that have lasted several years. My feet don't hurt wearing these high quality shoes. Definitely worth the investment! Can't say enough good things...
