I recently bent a prong on my 6 prong engagement ring, it also needed resized (smaller), and refinished. I dropped it off Tuesday around 4:30 right before they closed. When I got there they were extremely friendly and asked me if I needed it back by a certain day or time. I said no but joked “the sooner the better” they told me it usually only takes a day or two but it would take about a week or more because their jewelry Smith was on vacation so they were down a person. I told them it was totally fine, when it’s done it’s done. Fast forward to the very next day, they called me at noon, when I seen them calling I thought “oh no somethings wrong” but it was just them calling to let me know my ring was already done!!! Not even 24 hours later!!! They are so awesome, it looks just as beautiful as the day I got it and now it fits!! I cannot express enough how...

Last Saturday I was trying to find a place to get my engagement ring cleaned and recoated before leaving for vacation on Tuesday, where we would also be eloping. The place where we bought the ring would have to send it out for 2 weeks. That wasn't going to work. I called up Mathew Jewelers and talked to Spencer, who was so incredibly helpful. He even offered to do everything himself, since we didn't have time to wait for the actual jewelry smith. We dropped the ring off, walked around Zelie for a bit, then came back to pick it up. We were then informed that there was no charge, as a wedding gift to us. I could've cried, I was so touched. We will definitely be going here for the rest of our jewelry needs. A true hometown...

Mathew Jewelers restored my great grandmother's ring to its original condition. I only stopped in during Horse Trading Days to get a price estimate, but the jeweler was able to fix my ring quickly and beautifully. I met with Jamie first and then was introduced to Spencer Mathew (4th generation jeweler). I am quite impressed, and was touched by their kindness. I will absolutely receive services again or purchase from them in the future. After we left, we stopped at Bilo where I was telling the cashier about my experience. She told me Mathew Jewelers had also fixed the necklace she was wearing that was previously owned by her grandmother!
