It’s a cheap hotel with a good location, small ro but smelly. |We didn’t manage to stay here, our flight was delayed because of the weather condition so we have to change our itinerary and stay one more day in Da Lat.|Pretty much, everything is ok. Just one thing that bothers me “a lot” is the noise. |Really really hate this hotel’s room, room doesn’t have soundproofing wall.|Very loudly hotel! I can not stand of the noise that customers here made.|Even in the early morning, a chinese tour stand next to our room and keep talking very loud! We ask the receptionist to tell them keep quite, because it’s a hotel not a karaoke or a club, especially when its 7 a.m in the morning. They didn’t do anything, and replied to us that the chinese tour will leave soon. But they was standing there for half an hour waiting for elevator from turn to turn, and keep screaming, we can not sleep. After the chinese tour left, there comes “cleaner group”, i’m not sure if it was them making those noise or the locals customers stayed next door. |In short, too loud! If you are looking for place to rest i would never recommend...
Read moreRoom is ok, but a bed is very dirty. I was on a vacation trip with my family. However, it turned out to be the worst trip ever. My phone was stolen by a housekeeping. I reported to receptionist, hotel manager and the owner. But they said they are not responsible for any lost happen inside the room. They said the rule is that I need to give a valuable item to them before leaving the room. Otherwise, if my item is stolen, it would not their fault. How's come they can say this. They let a housekeeping get into my room and take my phone, then they said they did not know what happened inside. I also reported to Police in Dalat, asked them to find out who stole my phone. The case is under investigation now. But I hope that for those who want to stay in this hotel, please stay away from it if you do not want to lost your valuable items like me. Please share this review to your friends, family those who are going to stay in Dalat City. STAY AWAY BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE TO...

luckily I am Vietnamese but if you don’t speak the language you can bet that they’ll never know what you want to do with your hair.
Starting with the pros the staff are friendly and tried their best to work with us despite the confusion. Honestly they were the only reason why we don’t give this place a 0 star
However they over promised and overcharged us on our hair. I got a haircut and color wanting my peakaboo color to be a light brown. I can safely say that my hair is blue and my sisters hair is also blue, in few fact there was a point in time where my sisters hair stared falling out but we were quick to catch and fix.
My cousin wanted her hair to be curled and they gave her a Shirley temple perm despite her insistence on not getting a perm.
We were charged over 120 USD per person, which is just like getting a proper haircut in the states. Overall please be careful while going...
