Sushi Hokkaido Sachi - Crescent Mall — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

We had dinner around 5pm on a Thursday no reservation. We were seated immediately. The menu is quite expensive with many options. We went with two orders of salmon sashimi. The cuts were thick and very fresh. The sushi chefs are great here. The presentation was very nice. We loved the baked salmon roll so much we got 3 rolls. I also tried the regular salmon roll which was also good but not as memorable as the baked salmon roll which we highly recommend getting. We also had diet cokes. The service was excellent. The servers and wait staff were very quick to meet our needs. It was busy but not a full house yet during this time which may have been the reason for the fast service. Atmosphere is very nice with a water feature at the center shared table. Nice subtle decor not too loud.

I've been to this shop's branch in Ho Chi Minh City over 10 times! I can't believe how a restaurant could provide such terrible service! I ordered a set lunch (which included a main course and a drink, and it was new, so no one paid attention to the details). The staff brought me a regular iced green tea. And that's where the mistakes started! My green tea was hot, while the table next to me had iced green tea. So, they rudely took my iced green tea (which I had already consumed) away from my table! And the terrible thing is, they continued to make mistakes! They gave me the wrong bill. My bill was supposed to be 270,000VND, but they charged my credit card 170,000VND! Worst service I have never met before in HCMC. We ordered several plats, including a beef hot pot, but there was a plate of sliced beef were served with wagyu sukiyaki, then our table were ignored by the waiters. We have to drop the raw beef into the sukiyaki soup to eat???!!! And after 15-20min, the waitress started to settle the gas for hot pot and place put on the rest of the vegetable for the hot pot when the beef has been floating in the melted ice. Furthermore, we ordered two udon for kids, the tempura udon was served and the wagyu udon was forgotten till we almost finished most of our dishes.
