Despite a good first night, we were told on our last day that there would be “live music” that night. We were told that maybe we could change rooms (although the offer seemed like an inconvenience to staff) but we expected a nice band and maybe a singer so we simply asked for an hour extra to check out the next morning. The “live music” turned out to be a DJ blasting club music right in front of our bedroom door. This lasted until 12h30 not including the noise that staff made to clean up after. We couldn’t sleep until 1am. The next morning staff was completely unresponsive and not even present as we were trying to discuss and explain the evident discomfort it had caused. When we managed to get someone on the phone, they tried explaining that it wasn’t long and that we had been warn. However, without proper explanation of what “live music” entails, how can a hotel expect to prevent their guest from sleeping!!? We were appalled to learn that these sort of events happen every Saturday in summer. We were not warned before we booked the room or when we arrived, indicating that it didn’t seem like a problem to them to host a club night in front of our room that we payed full price for. We left genuinely distraught and without further information or contact with reception or a manager, it left a bitter taste on our last night in Albania. It says a lot about how this hotel considers their guest and the basic expectations for a hotel room which is being able to sleep. If we had known we would’ve booked an actual hotel that doesn’t prevent paying guests from having bare...
Read moreWe went to Berat for our wedding anniversary. We had a lovely time but when we got back to the bus station to head to Tirana, we found the last coach had already left- at 4.30pm!||||We were unsure what to do as we had no accommodation booked, but we headed back into the centre and my wife spotted this place. The man who greeted us was extremely kind (he looked like Jason Isaacs)- he didn't speak much English but we communicated in a little German. ||||He gave us a choice of three beautiful rooms. The one we chose was so lovely- it was spotless, the power shower was amazing and it made a real difference that there was a toothbrush set and other amenities as we didn't have anything with us!||||The price was fantastic value, especially as breakfast was included and the next morning we found out that it was an exceptionally generous amount of food!||||I couldn't recommend this place more highly and only wish that I could communicate to the kind man (maybe someone will read this and tell him) how much we appreciated his kindness and the difference he made to our anniversary.||||Oh and the location is absolutely perfect- by the main road in the centre of the old town and steps from the river and the main boulevard- it wasn't noisy though.||||Big thanks...

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure that every detail of my stay was perfect. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and had a lovely view of Gorica.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s restaurant. The food was simply outstanding—each dish was bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Whether it was a plate of pasta or the incredible dessert, every bite was a delight!
