The worst service ever, the worst staff ever, rude and pathetic waiters. Busy or not busy at all, the service there is just the worst i have ever seen. I was telling the waiters that they kept missing the orders and our food never came even after one hour of repeatedly asking for our food, they would just keep trying to convince me different and kept making ridiculous excuses, one of the waiters was even cursing. The manager was also doing the same thing as waiters when he came, not even apologizing and continuously trying to manipulate. Definitely all the good reviews come from close people to the owners and it shows because everything is just a scam and all of my friends who have been there agree to this. Only if you are seeking to ruin your night or day out, thats when I’d totally recommend going to this place with the weirdest and ill mannered people...

Very nice place. It has this American sports style with baseballs, bats and caps. The whole place is well designed. It’s a perfect place to spend time with a group or even one friend. Although I had high expectations about the burgers (I had heard a lot of good things), I was disappointed. I waited 30 minutes but I wouldn’t mind waiting as long as it would be a good burger. The fries, sauces and the buns were good but the chicken fillet was uncooked. It was visible and even the smell could tell you it was undercooked. And it was not cheap. Anyway overall is good and I want to give it another try as the place itself is very nice, but I hope my food is cooked...

Duff Arena is one of those places where we always have a great time — enjoying sports, drinks, food, and an overall excellent service that makes everything flow perfectly. We visit often, especially in the winter, though summer is just as enjoyable. Yesterday we had an amazing experience with carefully selected, delicious, and fresh food paired with great beers, all served in record time. A special mention goes to the young waiter from Lushnja, whose dedication and service truly impressed us. The managers are equally committed, making sure every guest leaves happy.
