Argentinean Brasas — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

Very good buffet and perfect value for the money you pay. But in my opinion, food is like 4/10. But if i compare to rest argentinian restaurants, food is easily 8/10. You can’t expect too much from a buffet, so if you consider that this is a buffet, then it could be a 8.5/10 too. My standards are high since i am used to eating italian-greek cuisine, so that is why my 4/10 as i had some difficulties on finding something good in the whole buffet. The ravioles and the whole pastas are disgusting (of course that’s my opinion). The sea food is okay but without bug variety and you can’t choose it on your own (big -). You can ask them to cook you the meat of your choice that you see and there is a plate where you can(“should”) put tips for that cooking (i won’t comment it i will let that on your own, I don’t judge it). Generally wherever is something to do with payment, waiters will look you in the eyes and tell you this price is without tips, I didn’t have problem since i always tip but it was funny for me😂. From the meat variety offered, i found only a type of beef that was decent and I could eat. Most of the sushies are perfect and you have to try them all! There is a very very big variety in entradas salads but I only tried cheeses which I liked, so if you are a fan i would recommend you to try, they offer you different types of bread too, seems good, but of course I would pref that instead of salads and breads they offered at least noodles or some more variety of fishes like rabas or atherinas or I don’t know… Ice cream for the end is included in the price, at least they didn’t charge us, maybe they forgot it hahaha. Pf course drink is not included. 28/03/2024, it was like 20$ per person, or 18€, I don’t know which one you prefer, avoid the pesos rate as it changes every day so it’s meaningless to tell you how many pessos it was (it was 22.000$ ok...

The Bad

I honestly have to say the atmosphere is trash in this place the crowd here is not mostly local young people but they are so gettho they will make fun of everyone and everything very disrespectful also people also they give very discriminating nasty looks 👀 and for the other part of the crowd is the boring loud people with children not a vibe 💤 The people preparing sushi does not use gloves -They have baskets next to every food tray in the buffet because you supposed not only tip the waiter but the all the employees that work in the buffet as well crazy🤪 -The vegetarian options do not taste very fresh The restaurant full of annoying people from the UK 🤮

The Good

-The asado is being grill in the moment the best thing Argentina has is the MEAT! Fried calamari, fried local fish -Fried balls of cheese potato and ham All you can eat empanadas the empanadas were really good cheese with ham or ground beef And the dessert is included ! All for 20 something dollars all you can eat🔥 Oh! and I have to say that the waiters...

I recommend this place! The service is excellent, polite attitude towards the client, well done !

We got there at a late lunch time, basically all the food was already stale and cold after all (potatoes, some types of meat), but still delicious, liked the meat steak with sauces (dry without sauce), octopus, stewed beef in sauce, ravioli in tomato sauce and very tasty grilled chicken, as well as liver cutlets (I don't know what to call them correctly).

Per person payment 35,000 pesos for lunch, children under 2 years old are free. I missed baked or grilled vegetables: broccoli, sweet potato, carrots, Brussels sprouts or spinach. A lot of pickled vegetables, but it's hard to eat, and you can't offer it to a child, and upset that there was a very small selection of sushi ... 🍣
