We stayed here fives times including a three-night stay and some one-nighters, during a trip to different parts of Argentina.||We met a lot of different staff during this time, and found them all to be very friendly and extremely helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. ||All rooms we stayed in were of a good size with a large bed, crisp white bedding, a fridge, desk, TV and kettle, plus an easy-to-use large safe; although they could be described as a bit plain and characterless. (We did also note that the room for the 3 night stay was very slightly better finished than the others). Plug sockets were a bit hidden and difficult to get at in one room.||The rainfall showers were very good with decent flow and as much heat as required. ||There is a small but pleasant outside seating area on the ground floor (but no real views). The location is good for waterfront bars and restaurants around Puerto Madero and many other eating and drinking choices close by in the other direction. It is also a fairly short walk to the excellent Costanera Sur nature reserve and there's a nice park next door. ||An excellent addition was help yourself sparkling or still water from dispensers near reception - much appreciated! ||Breakfast was terrific with a good range of high quality, fresh offerings including breads, cereals, eggs cooked to order, nice coffee, orange juice etc. The fresh fruit (amongst the best during our whole trip) and wholegrain croissants were particularly excellent. ||There's a refreshing lack of rules signs, telling guests what not to do!||WiFi was good.||This hotel proved an excellent choice for our multiple stays in Buenos Aires and if we ever return, we know where we'll be heading again!. Many thanks to everyone at the Pleno Madero for making our stays...

5/5 Excellent

A wonderful and small hotel, only 12 floors with a couple of units per floor. Located in a centric area to the city and easy to walk to most of tourists attractions. Breakfast was very nice, fresh and replenished all the time, we didn’t need lunch after it, maybe a banana or something small to tie us over till dinner. Staff was very professional and willing to assist you at any time you pleased. The only thing I would say, is that they may need to update the air conditioning units as 1st. room we had wasn't working but they changed us immediately; another suggestion will be for them to replace towel hangers in the bathrooms...a little upkeep will resolve this. Overall, our stay was wonderful and staff always friendly and pleasant. We recommend to stay there, as we probably come back to Pleno Madero hotel next time we visit...

Excelente ubicación a metros de puerto madero, plaza de mayo, San Telmo. Muy amables en su atención. Buena relación calidad precio.

A great little hotel. Not fancy but a fab location and clean with a complementary breakfast. Again, for about £65/67 per night. From here almost everything we did we walked to: Puente De La Mujer, Café Tortoni (for a Tango show), the main square, etc. We did head North to using a taxi to see Evita’s grave, etc. To the south a must is the La Boca – a very colourful part of the city. Taxis in town are all on a meter and are cheap.
