Cala Pizza y Bar Recoleta — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

This place was in the neighborhood by our hotel so we decided to try it the last night here. Walking by everyday, the pizza certainly looked good. Everything was fine until 30 minutes after we ordered and our pizza hadn't arrived. It seemed like everyone who came after us got their food already. It took another 15 minutes to talk to our server who said there was an error in the kitchen and it would be less than 10 minutes. His Spanish was difficult to understand but I think he said they would comp our beers we had. It was 10 minutes to get our pizza from there and it was delicious. When I asked for the bill though, he came out afterwards and gave the bill to five other tables and not us! After waiting some more, I finally went inside (we were at an outside table) to talk to a manager which I couldn't. Then and only then did I get the bill. I do feel the "error" in the food order was intentional. He walked by us many times for 45 minutes. Then he waited until I confronted him inside to give me the check. I think it was also intentional. Being Asian, I do feel like he was somewhat racist. If management is reading this, I urge you to fire him. The restaurant was expensive and the food underwhelming. I order a wrap with beef and Coleslaw it has 4 tiny peices of meat on it that they charged $15UDS for. We had 4 people in our group and it took nearly 1 hour for the meals to come, one of the meals sat on the pass for 15min getting cold while they cooked the other meals (we could see this from our table). I also question the hygiene of the restaurant I saw a waiter take a dirty glass that was waiting to be washed spray it with the spray they had been using to clean the tables, wipe it with a serviette and then give it to another customer to...

El día Jueves 23 fuimos en familia a este sitio y re mala experiencia . Llamé para reservar y me aseguraron que tenían aire acondicionado, lo cual fue determinante en mi elección. Sin embargo, al llegar, descubrí que el aire no funcionaba, haciendo que la experiencia fuera sofocante y nada confortable , los mosquitos era de locos y un ambiente incómodo tanto para los clientes como para el personal que labura , no puedo explicar lo mal y el calor que hacía con un horno encendido para las pizzas, obviamente haciendo más sofocante la situación . No puedo entender como un dueño de ese local tiene a un personal en esas condiciones laburando, viéndose afectado el servicio . No había ningún encargado presente para brindar respuestas o soluciones, lo que deja mucho que desear en términos de atención al cliente. Aunque la comida podría haber sido buena, las condiciones arruinaron la experiencia. Sugiero que el restaurante invierta en mejorar su infraestructura y en brindar un ambiente cómodo, especialmente si hacen promesas específicas al momento...
