Cuervo Café — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

⭐️The name of this cozy café speaks for itself — it’s truly a lovely place to enjoy breakfast. The industrial-style interior with retro decor elements creates an interesting and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for starting your day at a leisurely pace.

⭐️The service deserves special praise: the staff is welcoming, cheerful, and very friendly. After placing your order, you’re given a table number, which makes the process smooth and well-organized.

⭐️I ordered avocado toast with sun-dried tomatoes, scrambled eggs with toast, and a large latte. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, which is always a nice touch. The drink was rich and aromatic, perfectly complementing the meal.

However, there was one small issue: the portions were so tiny that I felt like a guest at my niece’s doll tea party. Even the “large” latte was only about 200 ml, which seemed rather small to me.

That being said, the overall experience was positive. Thank you for the hospitality and the delicious breakfast! This café is perfect for those who appreciate style, coziness, and interesting flavor...

Big problem is service not because of the people but the dinamic. Having to order yourself and then you pick up your own sugar at a different table is not adequate for buenos aires. There was an amazing day outside and couldnt reserve the table cause i was ordering at the line. When i finished ordering and already paid, table was taken. I wouldn't had stayed if it wasnt that i already paid. Plus, cant leave things outside cause is argentina and they WILL steal you, so not bringing sugar already with coffee is awful. The toast with avocado and eggs was overpriced for what is was. Super small. And squeezed juice is not made at the moment. Coffee super good. Wont return though. Id rather tip good than having to...

If you haven’t tried Cuervo Café yet (any of the franchise’s three locations) then you are missing a key part of the cool-hip-coffee-scene in Palermo.

This particular one is located at a lovely intersection in Palermo Hollywood. Spacious yet cozy. The staff warm and welcoming. Most importantly the coffee is delectable.

Charlie (featured in one of the photos) is my go to master genius Barista. My almond milk Latte order comes out incomparably good each time. He is also one of the coolest Baristas I’ve ever met.
