Restaurant ARMENIA — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

I went by recommendation and it was a unpleasant experience. The guy at the door was rude, then he let me in. I was alone. Then 15 minutes to take my order, the waiter didn't remove the other plate, he brought twice the bread (he didn't remove the second one), the wine he didn't serve it, the water he didn't serve it. I had to do it myself. I ordered 3 dishes because I wanted to taste the food and they came in the different times. The waiter didn't remove feom the table any of the used dishes or even the menu. So I was there, with the table full of things, waiting for the last dish, and I had to ask to cancell the order because I was waiting too long. Because I had to wait a lot I saw that the lamps and walls are full of dust a spiderwebs....

Una gran decepción. Iré por partes. Fuimos 2. Uno de nosotros quería pedir el menú de los miércoles de 25mil. Yo, por mi parte, quería lo mismo, pero estaba con ganas de probar un plato en particular que NO estaba entre las opciones del menú principal. Como su precio era similar (incluso más barato que otros de los principales) le pregunté a la moza si podíamos hacer ese cambio, incluso que yo pagaba la diferencia (aunque no la hubiera), fue a preguntarle al dueño, el cual no le importó en decirnos lisa y llanamente que no. Bueno, decidimos que mi pareja pedía dicho menú y yo no, para poder probar ese plato. La respuesta fue "ese menú se pide solo si todos los de la mesa lo piden", cosa que en NINGÚN lado decía previamente. Sin importarles ver a una pareja bien arreglada, celebrando algo, y eligiendo su restaurante para una fecha importante, a todo nos decían que no. Una vez resuelta la comida (pidiendo mi pareja cualquier cosa del menú) llegó la panera. Unos panes pita helados, envueltos en repasadores como si estuvieran protegiendo la fuga de un calor que no tenían, y vinieron sin nada que untar. Esa fue la recepción/entrada de 3000mil pesos. La comida toda sosa, falafels sin gusto, el kebab soso y seco, el arroz pasado y soso. Y lo peor, los manté (el plato que no podía lograr pedir y tuve que cambiar todo el menú de 2 personas para pedirlo) soso y seco, a pesar de tener un caldo sin gusto. Los de mesa de al lado, habían dejado su Kadaif (postre) sin comer, y yo me preguntaba porqué, hasta que lo trajeron. Un exceso de almíbar y esencias que tapaba el gusto a todo. Lo único destacable fue la atención del recepcionista del edificio (ni era el restaurante) y el ambiente que estaba bien y con el aire climatizando. Para rematar, había descuento en efectivo! Cosa que nunca mencionaron en ningún lado más que los descuentos del martes de mujeres.

Si quieren pasar un momento agradable, no recomiendo este lugar, ya que creo que no le sentí el amor por la comida ni (al menos con nosotros) fueron capaces de valorar que elegimos su casa para pasar una fecha importante, y a todo nos decían que no sin...

Had high expectations based on the previous reviews. I have to admit that I was very disappointed with the food. To start off with you are served a basket of pita bread. It would be nice to have something to accompany the pita bread, rather dry eating it by itself. Ordered the Madzunkov kebab and Shish kebab for dinner. The rice was dry, and the Shish kebab was bland and dry. I would give 0 stars if there was an option. There are numerous other places, and I think other Armenian restaurants in the area.
