As usual I would go, especially on the weekends, to have a small cup of Mocha or if it's the season, Pumpkin Spice Latte. The people who work there never were great with politeness, but I usually got past this, and I know I shouldn't, but sometimes you just don't wanna get in a whole situation of confrontation, and let go. The most common problem is the size of the cup I want. Allegedly Starbucks has a policy to offer the sizes on the screen to the buyers, but they have a smaller size they don't advertise, but keep it anyway, that is the size I like, it's smaller than the tall size, most people don't know that, and this is a problem every time I go to a Starbucks, because I know I will have to deal with a person trying to "force" another sizer for me to buy, and I have to explain a couple of times I want the smaller one, I even have to point where they put the cup (in every Starbucks is the same place, on the side of the coffee machine and checkout counter, hidden). And with that in mind, I usually don't give reviews for Starbucks, because I think it is a lost cause, and again I shouldn't, I could make some difference by giving the review, we never know. But the last time, was the last time I was having with the lack of education, respect and ignorance of the attendants, because they extrapolated. I wait the entire year to have my pumpkin spice latte as usual, I was there to have one, as the weeks before that. When I entered and asked for the small size, the attendant, named Rubem (yes, I got their names, because I will make a formal complaint) said he couldn't sell me the smallest size, because it wasn't on the system. I said it should had, because I bought every weekend since the Pumpkin Spice Latte started this season, and he kept replying it wasn't possible, because it was not in the system So, another attendant, her name is Cecil or Cecile (the guy didn't want to say her name or write it down for me to understand) I believe she is a supervisor, for the different color on the clothes, came and tried to treat me in a manner as I was a problem for them, and I very very very polite ( I know we cannot lose it in front of people, because they usually expect that, to have some power and make the problem all about you, and not the way they are acting) said: I bought the same thing for the last couple of weeks, since the season started, even some of them with you (the guy who was attending). And he started laughing, saying it was impossible, because they don't have how to sell it to me, so I said: we have two possibilities here, one: you have and don't want to sell it to me for some reason, or every time I bought the smallest size I was charged the tall size, and completed by saying I wanted the email to make a formal complaint about the franchise. The woman came with a book, I said I don't want to write anything here, I want to make a formal complaint to the company, not for you, and I know you have an email for that. She didn't give me, and walking away said this was the only thing they had. I said: ok, I know how to get it some other way. And after that, I wanted to keep my composure as polite as possible, and told them I would allow at that moment to be charged more for a smaller cup, and at this moment I asked their name, to make the complain later, and the guy, who had my name for the cup already, asked again, as a way to threaten me in his view, saying it was to check later. I waited for the drinks, asked for a cup support, and paid a lot of attention to their manner, especially the guy laughing and talking with another employee very fast in Spanish, believing I wouldn't understand, because I'm not a Spanish speaker native, but I speak Spanish, and understand even more. They were making fun of me, the supervisor made my coffees, I said thank you and have a good day, she replied the same, and I was out. I made sure to put all of it here, so you can have all the information, as I will put in my complaint, that now is going...

All leather seats and chairs look like they've been attacked by an army of cats. Derelict and neglected
Bathrooms appear clean but there is an unbearable smell.
Staff are kind but not in a rush if you need to get back...
