Good lord! The amount of time this people take to take and order is unbearable! Let me put it like this. I was third in line and it took 30 min to be able to order…. It took cashier “Naza” 30 minutes to take the order of the 2 people in line before me. No soy un cliente frecuente de Starbucks pero siempre he tenido buena atención en sus locales, a excepción de hoy alrededor de las 19:20. La chica de pelo corto y lentes que me atendió en caja super amable, me atendió de la mejor manera y fue rápida, pero el barista castaño de pelo corto no solo me habló de mala manera, sino que fue irrespetuoso al enojarse conmigo porque no se me consultó con que tipo de leche quería el frapuccino y pedí cambiarlo, soy intolerante a la lactosa, no de un alto nivel y me permito cada tanto disfrutar de un frapuccino con un poco de crema, ¿quién puede culparme? Cada tanto es bueno darse un pequeño gusto aunque en mi caso no esté tan permitido. Resulta que el barista se enojó porque se adelantó a la comanda y empezó a prepararlo con leche entera, cuando le especifiqué a la cajera que me lo prepare con leche sin lactosa incluso antes de pagar mi bebida, y el chico desde la barra me grita de mala manera que me fije y avise antes con que leche quiero, siendo que la cajera me volvió a preguntar si lo quería con leche sin lactosa y yo le reafirmé que sí. Es feo que uno vaya a pedir una bebida con los mejores ánimos y una persona con un mal día, te trate de mala manera. Espero la actitud de este barista cambie porque queda mal como trabajador y...
