Lovely looking restaurant though the service needs to improve to understand when a mistake has been made.

I ordered a medium cooked steak and my mate medium rare. The food arrived looking amazing. However we soon realised that the waitress had mixed up our orders and when we notified her she simply asked if I would like my steak cooked more. They was no acceptance of fault. In shock, my mate decided not to send his back.😡

To my surprise, the same steak that I sent back was returned to me and it was over cooked. Maybe I should have sent the steak along with the steak that I had to spit out into a tissue.

Another nagative is that the menu del día was vegetarian only. How can there be no meat option in Argentina? Especially when this is your speciality!! That said, the vegetables I did order were soggy 🙄

On the plus side, Los Herados malbec wine was delicious as we're the chips. 👌

Like others have said, they don't stock the food on the menu. Google says they have steak but there was none today. I settled on a hamburger. They served me a burned bun so I picked off the charcoal and it actually wasn't bad. The salad was aged greens and the arugula was old and bitter. Finding someone's grandma's hair in my salad was disgusting. As I'm chowing down on my burger one of the children working there brought the check and card swiper asking for payment. I told her I would pay cash and to leave the bill. Another child came by a few minutes later while I'm halfway into my salad demanding payment I guess because their shift was over. Apparently it is run by children. It's really hot in the afternoon and there are no fans...

Primera vez de turista, me pasó el sábado 21/06/2024, si esto que voy a escribir es real. Fui por recomendación a probar la comida de este lugar y ver qué onda. Llegue entré y había 4 mesas libres dos grandes y una para dos (la cual elegí ya que era uno solo.) Me senté a esperar que me atiendan para poder pedir la Carta, y aquí viene lo más importante y lo que ocurrió, llega una moza, me mira (no sé si me venía mirando desde que vio que me senté) le digo “Hola cómo estás?, te pido la carta???…. A lo que me responde: “ Si, disculpa tenes reserva ??, a lo cual miro sorprendentemente repasando las mesas vacías y diciéndole, no vi las mesas vacías y me senté para almorzar siendo las 13:30 hs, y respondiendo que no sabía que se reservaba en ese lugar (sin desmerecerlo pero es un lugar más de los tantos que hay en cualquier ciudad ). La moza me mira y me responde: “ Jeje si es con reserva”, yo me quedé sorprendido y le responde (ya sentado en la mesa) “y entonces que hago ahora ??, me tengo que respirar ???” (Tratando de darle un pie para que me diga, mira es con reserva pero como no vinieron ya te traigo la carta, o si me esperas unos minutos y no viene la gente que reservo, te dejo el lugar a vos, etc) y me responde con esa sonrisa incómoda “sí disculpa “.

Me fui del lugar sin entender nada, el por qué de la acción de esta piba y del lugar, cuando seguí con mi caminata para encontrar algún lugar para almorzar, fui cayendo y sacando conclusiones de que literal me echaron del lugar sin darme ninguna oportunidad, no sé si por cómo vestía, por mi cara, o por lo que fuere, pero me sentí totalmente discriminado y echado de ese lugar (no lo recomendaría nunca en mi vida ni voy a volver a pisar ese lugar en mi vida).

Esa fue mi experiencia, discriminado por este lugar simple y común como cualquier otro. (Podrá tener la mejor comida del mundo, no lo sé ni tampoco probaría, pero para mí es un lugar que nunca recomendaría a nadie )
