I just had a terrible experience at this cafe. The service was woeful. When I arrived, I stood in front of the barista for nearly 10 minutes. No acknowledgment or to tell me to take a seat. Nothing. I ended up asking if it was table service and she told me to take a seat. No one came to bring menus or ask for my order or clean the table even though the waitresses saw that I had seated and the cafe was relatively empty. Decided on this cafe for having breakfast in order to escape the bad hostel breakfast. Sandwiches are really tasty and made according to your wishes. Cereals/ Granola were okay but nothing special! Coffee was good and best I had so far in Patagonia (would give 4 stars for coffee). Fresh Orange juice was small but good! Overall really good price for what you get, good Service and recommended place...

El lugar es chiquito, no tiene una gran cantidad de mesas pero es lindo. Solo quedaba lugar en una especie de barra que tienen contra una ventana. Había una mesa libre que la usan para poner los endulzantes y otras cosas, pregunté por esa mesa y me dijeron que no la podíamos usar nosotros porque la usaban con ese fin (un poco descortés con el turista en esa, considerando que se le puede dar un mejor uso a la mesa). El chocolate correcto; el cheesecake riquísimo, impresionante. El budín cítrico está muy bien también. Pero creo que fallan en algunas cosas básicas en la atención. Entiendo que las mozas son chicas y quizá no hace mucho trabajan en el rubro, pero imagino que ya aprenderán e irán mejorando. Nos tomó el pedido desde atrás del mostrador, error muy básico (segunda descortesia, acércate a la mesa y toma el pedido como corresponde, caminas 5 metros, te lleva 2 minutos, quedas mejor con el cliente y te llevás una propina mejor). Créanme que parece que no, pero la gente que consumimos muuuucho en lugares y hace muchos años percibimos absolutamente todo.
