This Boost has gone downhill over the past few years. Customer service is terrible and drinks are not even worth it anymore. Went there with my little one and waited nearly 10 minutes for 2 drinks. I thought I had ordered smoothies but they came out like liquid. Took them back and had them replaced by Dazza, who mumbled some excuse. Waited another 5 minutes to get the same result. Clearly Boost Juice don't care who operate there stores these days. Don't know how Dazza who I assume is the owner or manager is able to run this store. I will never go there again. Go to Burnside, much better customer service and the team there is absolutely amazing.
Nothing has changed at this Boost. Thought I would grab a drink from here the other day and give it another go with their new location, which is terrible by the way. Nice looking store however, still bad service and the smoothie was a complete waste of money. Took it back and got a replacement which was...
Read moreIt was the $6 drink today so I decided to get some boosts for my work mates. Went there and asked for 2 surpercharged melons and 1 tropic turbo. Two very different drinks. Then got a seperate drink for myself a minute later which was a fresh juice. The girl who served me (probably a new staff) repeated my order saying 1 supercharge and 1 tropic turbo. Which I then corrected her saying 2 supercharged. (She also didnât know how to do the $6 discount and tried to charge me full price.) When they had finished the drinks they put them in an uber bag and I left. When I got back to the office I noticed when I looked in the bag the drinks were all purple. They gave me 3 supercharged melons which were all runny which I thought was weird as açai is thick? The juice on the other hand was had all the chunks of ginger and spinach and so so much foam at the top which was practically half the drink....
Read moreYou know that mad craving you get whilst shopping that wonât go away until you get your Passion Mango? That was me! So I lined up behind a man and his son at 4.50pm, 10 minutes before closing, absolutely salivating at the thought of enjoying some delicious yumminess within minutes. They gave the father and son their juices and then turned to me. I placed my order for a kid size Passion Mango and the responseâŚ? Sorry weâre closed. I looked at my watch to check the time but no, it was 10 minutes before closing. They refused service. Closing time to me means serving up until then. You donât turn away customers because you want to get out dead on closing time. Whereâs the work ethic? If you were my staff, you wouldnât last with that attitude. Anyhoo, I went elsewhere to get a juice and was served with a smile and a lovely chat 1 minute before they closed. Theyâll be getting my business...
