Make sure your sausage is sizzled here. Surprisingly, I had 2 sausage issues this morning. The lessor of the 2 was receiving only one sausage instead of 2 (2 is stated on the menu for the Deluxe Buorgiorno breakfast). The bigger issue was that the one sausage I did receive was raw. From the photo, it does look cooked. There was 1 mm cooked on the outside, and the rest was cold. Clearly, it was not thawed enough at 11 am. While the sausages were cooking, the same plate was returned. To be fair, I do expect better hygiene standards from a 3 Hat restaurant. My mother, over 70, apologised for bringing me there. Trouble is, raw meat served to someone her age is a higher risk of requiring medical attention. Other than making sure your sausage is sizzled, the food and coffee were good. I wrote this review a week earlier. This is another cafe stalwart on The Parade. It is a lovely bustling cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. For those who brief in fumes, there is even a designated smoking section. Awnings are in place, so you can enjoy an afternoon coffee and sweet treat. The almond croissant was soft and fresh in the middle with a nice fill. The outside wS well toasted, which provided a crunchy texture. Coffee comes out, pretty much, piping hot. It was frothy, which helped to keep it hot. Great for those long coffee catch-ups with friends.

I was shocked to see how busy Caffe Buongiorno was on a Tuesday evening, but every table - inside and out - was full. Tons of regulars and lots of people picking up take away. You order at the counter and they’ll do table service once you’ve picked where you’d like to sit. There’s a basic bread service to the table before the mains come out, and I’d highly recommend eating outside - it can get pretty hot indoors when it’s full. The food was quite good, and the portions were great. Nothing wrong with the service, but it was definitely a bit slower as I’m not sure they expected to be this busy. Massive menu and decent prices - would go back for sure.

Good location, good staff ( can be more friendly!) and nice food. We ordered several items the Caesar salad and chilli prawn pasta were the best also the pizza was good but more balanced toppings and better crust can really improve the quality. The Caesar salad was just absolutely perfect, the sauce, the egg, grilled chicken were just perfectly balanced and authentic. The prawns were cooked to perfection and seasoned properly. Late working hours is another advantage of this place so if you stay till late for dinner and you love pasta, this place might be a very good option.

Went for breakfast this morning, this place always seems quite busy, we had never been so thought it must be worth trying. I don't often leave reviews but feel after our experience just now something needs to be said. Place inside was full but managed to grab ourselves a table, there were plenty of people coming an going so turnover of tables was relatively quick. We ordered our food and drinks and sat down, my husband and I ordered coffee frappe my son a milkshake ... They did come out quick but was surprised the frappe were in smoothie plastic takeaway cups and the milkshake also in take away cup... For dining in this was weird and a first for us, gave the impression to eat drink and move on quickly or they didn't want to wash up?? Our food came next an was pretty average my husbands frittata was dry and half burnt on top.. My son had pancakes with fruit cream and maple .. More flavourless chopped fruit than pancakes and the cream and maple was on the plate in little plastic containers which again was just weird. Our table was frustratingly wobbly and noticed others having table issues and putting their napkins under to stop the wobble.... Overall we figured this was an average place and won't bother to return..... But the main reason for my review was due to the behaviour we witnessed to an elderly lady behind us, she was approached by a man who appeared to be the manager and a clearly embarrassed waitress he was trying to get the lady to move from a 3 seater table to a 2 seater table, the lady was meeting someone, was already drinking coffee an reading... The manner, volume and tone he spoke to her was appalling "telling her she should use her head and knowledge to just get up an move!!" this lady offered no aggression or retaliation and did get up and move but this was simply disgusting. The waitress immediately turned to our table to take our plates, clearly unhappy I asked if she was ok and I said that was a bit rough... The poor girl still has to face customers after a display from her manager like that... We immediately left after that with our plastic cups never to return .. If I could give less than 1 star I would... This place is...

The food was pot luck, either brilliant or rushed.

Service was horrible.

We booked a table which wasn't reserved, so they comined 3 tables (one was smaller than the other two). We arrived earlier, so we still had three others who placed orders after us, however, the staff kept trying to take the chairs away from our table, they took condiments away did not return them afyer repeated requests to do so. The staff wanted to take food away that people had only begun to eat. Although every other pizza I saw was completely covered with topping from edge to edge, it wasn't the same at our table. A person with severe vision impairment was served a Hawaiian pizza which had more pineapple than others I've seen elsewhere but they were not scatered and just dumped in the centre leaving the outer parts dry and bare. The consumer went to discuss his disappointment and requested extra pineapple which the chefs accommodated. However, this pizza was another item a staff member wanted to remove from the table when only one piece had been eaten. When the pizza was modified, it looked like they just added extra tinned pineapple to the entire pizza without extra ham and cheese and without cooking off, so the person who ate it with poor sight had his fingers dripping wet and trying to eat this soggy pizza. Most of us finished dinner and started leaving to get to our next event but staff started seating stragers at the table before the last person finished eating. Another one of our group has severe social anxiety and I can't imagine the discomfort.

The place was also OVER crowded and awkward especially because of the queue inside watching like seagulls to take your place. Personally, if the like people queuing up, they should have a line outside to give the customers like us a chance to enjoy...

I have just experienced the worst management Customer service I have ever had. When the owner/manager is rude and arrogant Infront of a cafe full of people it’s time he retires. To sit on a 3x3 square table 3 adults 2 children, 2 main meals, 2 large pizzas, large plate of fries, garlic bread, bread & butter 5 entree plates with cutlery, 5 drinks and the owner had a hissy fit when his staff is trying to accomodate by joining another table. Not only did he show his arrogant nature to his staff I found it very embarrassing to be put in that position! You don’t yell at your staff and ask them to put the table back as soon as your head is turned. I apologised to his staff member when we left to go elsewhere for coffee and cake I thought you idiot you need to know what I thought of your attitude! He tried to tell me the table was reserved! Hello all you had to do was pull another table from the other end over!! He then went on to ask me if I ever was in business? He was looking after his customers! Well actually yesI have been in business for 30 years and might I add in tougher times with food items that would put yours to shame! What were we? Customers that were free loaders??? Shame on you! Living in the area all our life supporting your cafe for many years along with family and friends , we might be a drop in the ocean for you but we will never step foot in...
