This would happen to be the worst cafe experience I have ever had. I was there at a work going away get together with 20 guest and order a medium buongiorno pizza. It was put on a docket with 4 other guests I paid for who were with me on my side of the table. 30 minuets later all my friends received their orders and I patiently waited for another 20 minutes and after inquiring as to where my pizza was the rude waitress came to me with a pizza that had had a slice eaten and said there has been a mix up and she will give you a slice of her pizza when it arrives. I didn’t even know this guest and asked for a new pizza as what was put in front of me was already cold. She then said, that’s ok we had one pizza coming on another docket. She then took my pizza back to the girl. Much to my absolute disgust, she came back with the same eaten pizza now stone cold and said “unfortunately I have to accept that pizza as the girl took it and it’s not her fault”. To not cause a scene I with great anger accepted a pizza with a slice missing that was now totally cold and it was doughy, flavourless and it ruined my night. I never never return to caffe buongiorno, nor will anyone on the table that witnessed it. Service and food was a big fat zero. I will be sure to let my friend know of my terrible experience if ever we are looking to eat somewhere on the parade!!!!
