Grotto on Edward Pizza-teca — Restaurant in Adelaide

For over 12 years a friend and I have been enjoying the King Edward and the Calabrese pizzas at Grotto Pizza-teca every 4 or 5 weeks. Another night last month I went with two other friends and discovered the Salty Pig and The Grotto which were equally delicious so I now face a dilemma as to which to choose.

Never dry, always tasty and with well proportioned toppings, this family-friendly restaurant is SO good there's no need to go anywhere else in Norwood even though, being local, I pass several others on the way.

It has to be one of Norwood and its surrounding suburbs' finest and best-value...

Wow what a great find, for me having this Pizza was a miracle because I don’t normally eat any pizzas. I was told I was going to Absolutely Love it & Wow were they right, I absolutely did & is now the only pizzas I will devour. My favourites are the Meatball Pizza, King Edward & the Grotto. The Owner & staff make you feel so welcome like family & service is immaculate. Cant wait to return. A must try for all 10/10. Disappointing service and poorly organised online booking system. I made a reservation for 6.30pm for NYE via their website; earlier that evening I thought I would call to makesure everything was still going ahead - was told that 6.30pm was too late, and that they wanted to go home by 7.00pm; I told them I had made a reservation and had email notification of the time. I was told that they advertised their earlier closing time on their Facebook page. I do not use Facebook and assumed using Grotto's website booking system was adequate.
