What a cosy little establishment. When my friend and I walked in we were greeted with a smile and a wonderful coffee aroma . As a first visit , the menu was explained and recommendations were given . A lot of dietary requirements were catered for , not just a dry piece of gluten free toast . I ordered an almond latte - the only complaint with this is I needed more coffee- will order a second shot next time ( thatâs probably just my preference though) The almond milk had a lovely frothy mouth feel to it . Didnât feel like anything too heavy , so had the vegan granola with coconut cream , which was lovely . They added pine nuts, walnuts and sunflower seeds ( I think ) to their granola , a little like a praline. Customer service was lovely and efficient, and you could see that they had a lot of repeat customers , and people just dropping by for coffees . Dogs are welcome outside too , which is great if you are walking your pooch and just feel like a drink on the way . As a side note , was very impressed by the plants too - they were all alive and thriving so they obviously take good care of them . Also loved the little crocheted lap blankets for your legs when sitting outside , little touches make all the difference here . Next time will come back for the recommended BLAT ( bacon, lettuce , avocado and tomato) - sounds delicious. A lovely way to...

It looks like they've undergone some sort of change that has really stripped out the shop and dialed back the menu. The shop itself felt quite bare, definitely not presenting the character and charm evident in previous photos and posts from a couple months ago. I had the chicken toastie and a strawberry matcha latte. The toastie was a bit average (imo the ratios were out and the chutney or whatever it was was overpowering), the strawberry matcha latte did taste good, but I wouldn't say it was nicely presented as you'd expect in line with the high standard of brunch spots in Adelaide. The staff were friendly and great though, so no complaints with service at all. Overall, we're spoiled for choice with quality cafes and brunch spots in Adelaide, so I wouldn't choose to return here while its in its...
Read moreDear Daisy is a small family friendly Cafe with predominantly indoor but also some outdoor seating, they make great breakfast/lunch food and coffee.
The Cafe has a nice and relaxed atmosphere with plenty of indoor plants.
What they do, they do VERY well.
Using local ingredients including from the Adelaide Hills they have crafted a complex menu to suit all tastes and dietary requirements (very gluten free, vegan, and vego friendly if that is your taste).
This Cafe not only has a cutting edge menu but also an array of high quality baked goods, many gluten free! The cookies are worth stopping in for just on their own, but make sure to grab a coffee as well as it is great!
The staff are very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Booking is recommended but walk-in and...
