If I could I would like to leave 0 start for this store, really bad experience ever had, on Sunday evening I had place order in store for pizza and chicken wings for my kids to give treat to them, I waited almost 30 minutes on store they said accidentally they put periperi sauce on pizza and they had to made it again so it was late and got my order. When I reached home and opened and kids started to have, once they bite they said yakky and they haven’t ate that stuff, when I tested it was really uncooked, so strait away I rang on the store staff asked me to sent photo and I emailed to them all photos. Once they looked at the photos they accepted and they said I can either get a compensation or get free pizza. I told them I want good food not money, and they offered me 3 pizza for free for Tuesday as I wasn’t available for Monday. When I reached in store on Tuesday evening the manager who was getting order from me, he was rude and said why 3 pizza for 1 pizza and I responded I am placing order what your staff offered me. He was actually very rude and also they are liar as well, they will do the mistake like uncooked pizza and wings and they will gave you a offered and once you accepted and go to the store they treat you like you are there for free. Actually they ruined my day of sunday evening and also Tuesday evening with their mistake and rudeness of that guy. I would never ever return to that store..
Really rude, got response like that as well by owner, it’s not for free pizza or money it’s all about your rudeness and disrespect towards the costumer. Allow Me Share With You My Experience From This Evening:
Ordered pizzas online, went to collect them at due time. They handed us our order 5 minutes late. My partners order being correct, mine being wrong… Therefor having to wait an extra 30 minutes for my pizza, while my partners’ pizza went cold in his hands. You know what they did with my wrong order? They kept it and served it to ANOTHER PERSON. This is breaking all sorts of food safety rules as I could have handled or bitten that pizza and put it back, with the customer being none the wiser. Whilst waiting for my order, we overheard staff members laughing and complaining about the job and wanting to go home. 35 minutes later, once my order was finally ready, I went to retrieve my pizza and the man behind the counter had the audacity to tell me I hadn't paid, even though I told him I had paid over 30 minutes ago and my partner had his own pizza in his hands the entire waiting period (being proof that we had in fact paid)! At this stage I was expecting my money back and an apology but I got neither.
Other Issues From This Evening Include: There was about 8 staff on, all looking to be around 16 years of age, most of which seemed to not be able to speak fluent English. I have seen Dominos Malvern function AMAZINGLY with less than 1/2 this amount of staff in the past, before Dominos became an absolute rip off, hiring school children and upping the price of their pizzas. I received NO APOLOGY at any stage this evening. Nor did any other customers who’s order got messed up whilst I was waiting for my order. I forgot to mention we were blatantly ignored for the first 5 minutes while waiting at the counter, none of the staff looking especially busy.
IN CONCLUSION WE WILL BE INFORMING ALL OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO NEVER ORDER FROM DOMINOS...

Had placed the order at 9:30 for a delivery at 11 pm however it seems that the store is shut down at 10 pm and hence they did not deliver my order. However they charged me successfully for the order which is about 40$ and it seems that the company is not bothered for the price payed by the customer for the order. I reached out to the store when the order was delayed and no one picked up then. The next morning I consistently tried to get a refund to the payment made. The person speaking to me was extremely rude and did not bother to speak politely. The person said that the refund Will or processed and no clear communication or email was received by the same.
