Attended with friends as it's their local but it will be for the first and last time.

Once seated we used the QR to look at the menu, interestingly there are no drinks available that way as per their staff advisement and we must order direct. Well that would be good if staff came to ask but instead, someone looking like he would rather be somewhere else pushing a broom required some coercion to do so.

We then took some usually hot food off of the train, one being Takoyaki which is meant to be hot and crispy which we always enjoy but this time, it was cold and limp as it had obviously been on the train for too long. OK no problem as it was off the train so thats the gamble, therefore we ordered it from the in house QR app expecting it to be freshly made. However we were handed another of the cold and limp plates from the train we just watched pass us by. This attempt to palm off something from the train that wasn't fresh was duly handed back to the guy with the broom (as if he cared). The rest of the food was average at best and I have never been compelled to warn others about such a bad sushi restaurant before.

This is by far the worst Sushi restaurant I have eaten at and would say avoid it and go somewhere else, it's clearly aimed at those who have not experienced a decent...

Food Is absolutely amazing, my partner and i have been going for here for a few years now, but the service from staff members on the other hand are very terrible and very poor. We are usually always waiting 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to come up to us after we have finished our food. We then have to stand up and still takes them around 10-15 to come. And half the time we go they hardly have any food on the train.

We went today, and my partner got one of the staffs attention. Jayme (one of the staff members there) was in the middle of something which she was coming toward us. She was in the middle of doing something, which is understandable but we were already waiting so long. And she rolled her eyes and was very rude after my partner grabbed her attention. Very not professional at all. Customers should always come first and should be your first priority!!! She even got annoyed because she had to serve a couple that were also waiting to leave.

At least have a bell or buzzer or something on the tables to let staff know when customers are finished and...

This used to be my favourite place to catch up with friends and have date nights. The last few months it has gone super downhill. I’ll see them put more plates onto the train, thinking it would be fresh, but more often cold and soggy. I get during the busy periods you want to be prepared and have food all ready to go to top up when needed, I’ve worked in hospitality, but the food looks like it’s been sitting there for an hour or more. I’ve had multiple questionable chicken dishes lately. I actually had to spit it out because the chicken was that bad. If there’s no plates on the train of something I like, I’ll order through one of the servers, who don’t look like they want to be there and feels like an inconvenience to ask to put an order in. I’ll make an exception for this one woman who is always so so lovely when I go. It has gotten to the point where I don’t enjoy going anymore and I used to come here at least once a week/fortnight. The food is just not worth the money anymore and that’s really...

I took my Grandboy (11yrs) to Kintaro Sushi and he looooved the overhead train. He made the orders on the electronic menu and enjoyed the train bringing the delicious food. Of course the conveyer belt was packed with plates of fresh Japanese food too. All of my Grandkids love sushi and what a great way too steer the away from the fast food places (although Blair thinks the sushi train is pretty fast too) 😂 The Restuarant was very clean and the staff friendly and efficient. Prices were the same as any other Sushi Restuarant. We spent $15 each and had our fill. ♿🅿️ in the parking lot right outside the shopping centre entrance. Kintaro Restuarant is just inside the door on the right. The entrance to the Shopping Centre and also Kintaro is suitable for ♿. The ♿🚻toilets are further into the Centre. We'll definitely go back again!

An absolutely amazing place with pros and cons Pros: You can ask the staff for anything and they will get it to you asap Cheap pricing Most good food Always popping Fantastic atmosphere Ability to walk in if full and grab your own food for takeaway Cons The put sauce on everything, that means if you want something plain or with less sauce you have to reorder a new meal, which means time cooking and preparing again Sometimes the food doesn’t get cooked enough which results in a chalky consistency for fried stuff Sometimes the seafood gets over cooked which means chewy spongy Because it’s so popular around dinner you will most likely need to wait in line for a table All in all you get what you pay for Would recommend/10

This place is absolute waste of space and money.. twice i been here with my family and they both leave bitter taste. Husband order chicken katsu curry, and they bring wrong dishes which are chicken with mayo and some black sauce, i sent it back and they come back 5 mins later same chicken only they top it of with curry sauce and RAW potato!!! We also ordered nigiri sushi, the fish are dried and so the rice. The food been sitting on the train for ages perhaps. This also happened on my first visit! All their food is been sitting over the counter God knows how long. It's not fresh at all. I would never go back to this place.
