This shop is really bad service. The staff are very rude, treat customers like they have a lot of customers and dont need to serve properly. They make drink extremely slow, some time wait 20 mins for 1 drink while not too busy, making drink while joking around to others, a shop always have 3-4 staff but even dont know who waiting for order, who waiting for drink. Frustrated!!! Employ wrong staff and very poor management!!!
Update for the owner's enquiries. As my review was under the HITEA MIYOGURT GOUGER ST shop, so it means for this shop. This branch of your business is the worst hospitality service in Adelaide. If you dont have any change for it, especially your staff skills and attitudes (or unless this is the owner's idea of an unique-make-up style business for this branch đ€Ł), everyone will see its outcomes soon. Your customers pay money for the drinks as well as the service, your staff get pay out of customers money, but all of them treat customers like rubbish, or they think they give customers favours when they throw the drinks as alms to us???...
   Read moreIn general this place bas been my favorite in adelaide to get my bubble tea, the hitea boba milk tea with no sugar works really well.
Last night i went in with a friend and both made our orders, we waited a while, one or two members of staff went out and then came back and shared some kebabs around eachother. After a fair while (normally would be getting served my tea) we get told there arnt enough white pearls left so would we mind taro pearls instead. Were both ok with that but then we are told there are only enough taro pearls for one of us.... So i got a special herbal jelly instead which i think had some extra toppings to compensate but my friends pearl tea had a dissapointong amount of pearls still.
These things indivitually arnt big issues but when they all happen at once its quite dissapointing. Some of the staff seem unhappy to have to deal with people in english and joke around talking to each other in their own language even though customers are waiting...
   Read moreJoyce who is the order lady today. The attitude was really bad. She made a mistake and said why didnât you tell me that? Why didnât the customer tell you that? Should you ask? Should you make customer happy or at least respect? I felt no respect at all today. I didnât buy the drink but my friend did. Since she has already paid it, we didnât ask refund. But! But! But! The drink is too sweet just like you are drinking sugar. How a fake brand has that arrogant attitude to customers? Do you really want to run a business?
PS: theyâve replied after 36hrs. The reply is interesting and surprised me that there is no apologies for my bad experience. Em... they are actually not fake brand, they are a âcopyâ of another famous drinks brand in Asia and they add a hat on the original logo. Funny experience XD.
