This Eatery down at Hanson Road, Woodville Garden which is closed to Andale Shopping center is run by a Southern Vietnamese culture background which has a great influence to the southern Chinese Culture in their food cuisine. In which Hoang Gai Restaurant has proven the skill of and brought the cultural favour and taste to Australia. As a Hospitality personnel, I would dare to say that the 2 main dishes which always tickled my fancy in this Eatery would be 1)- Mi Vit Tiem, 2)- Bun mang Vit. The smart way of Herb & Spices usage in Mi Vit Tiem is spot on with the right amount of Cardamon pods, Star Aniseed, Red Dates, Goji berries, ginger, onion, shallots, garlic, Shiitake Mushroom, soy and oyster, Shanghai Buckchoy and the most important is the crispy Lard. The satisfaction from that dish was out of the world. The Bun Mang Vit is fresh and clean feeling of ginger, Banboo shoot in a Chicken stewed stock. The side dipping sauce for the duck is a sweetened garlic, chilli Vinaigrette fish sauce. Amazing!!! The place is kept up clean. I recently had the pleasure of dining at this Vietnamese restaurant, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional - the staff was attentive, friendly!

Now, let's talk about the food. Wow! The dishes were not only delicious but also incredibly fresh. Each bite was bursting with authentic flavors, and you could tell that the ingredients were of the highest quality. From the flavorful pho to the delectable spring rolls, every dish left us craving for more.

I can't recommend this restaurant enough for its combination of good service and amazing, fresh Vietnamese cuisine. It's a true gem, and I can't wait to go back for another...
